Vacation rentals with breakfast in Livorno

The place was awesome. It was clean, everything that we needed, secure and peaceful. The host left us food, coffee, wine and that made such a difference for us. We loved our stay and would recommend it highly. Thank you.

Eufemias apartment was perfect for our stay since we had to go to the airport early in the morning. It was nice, clean and spacious and a nice view into the garden.

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Die Kommunikation mit Angela war immer reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben flexibel einchecken können und Angela hat zügig reagiert. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist sie umgehend eingegangen. Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa, ist aber über einen längeren Spaziergang, per Bus oder sonstiges Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in der Wohnung. Wie beim letzten Mal haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne ein nächstes Mal wieder.

Spacious and clean apartment with all necessities provided. Ideally located within walking distance to restaurants (Central was exceptional) and shops and with comfortable driving distance to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence & Montecarlo. Host (Sabrina) was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast @ Cafe’ New York was good with outdoor seating. Highly recommend & we will be back!

We arrived later than expected due to a delayed flight and I couldn't find my directions for parking. I phoned Lorenzo who came and found us and took us to the apartment. Because of the time there was no where that we could get something to eat so he brought us snacks to keep us going until the morning. There where items that we could have for breakfast already provided. We found its location for getting to all the major cities ideal, either by the train service which was close ,and not expensive (15.20 euros ) for 2 return tickets to Florence , or by car. Pisa , Lavorno, Lucca and Sienna all around an hours .drive. Silvia was always helpful and did not impose herself on us unless we needed help. This was our first time in Italy and it was a very pleasant time .We would use again if we returned to this area without hesitation.

Ana Maria a été super , le logement est idealement situé et nous a permis de passer une excellent sejour.

Gabriella hat ihre Wohnung mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist sehr stilvoll, und besonders den Hängestuhl auf dem Balkon haben unsere Kinder sehr gemocht. Gabriella hat uns umsorgt und war immer sofort erreichbar. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass der Kühlschrank und alle Schränke voll waren – ein Service, den ich bisher bei Airbnb noch nie erlebt habe und den ich ausdrücklich erwähnen möchte. Sie hat außerdem gefragt, was wir gerne frühstücken, und unseren Tisch reichlich mit frischem Obst gedeckt. Das Einzige, worauf man achten sollte, wenn man täglich an den Strand möchte, ist ein Fußmarsch von etwa 10 Minuten (fast 1 km). Das Laufen hat uns Fitt gehalten. Natürlich könnte man auch mit dem Auto oder Fahrräder fahren. Schön war auch, dass Gabriella uns Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Wir waren rundum glücklich und zufrieden mit Gabriellas Gastfreundschaft und ihrer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Ein großes Lob an dich, Gabriella :)!

Il soggiorno presso la casa di Stefano e Serena è stato fantastico, tutto era estremamente ordinato e pulito, non mancava nulla, dal detersivo allo shampoo per la doccia, addirittura abbondanti prodotti per una ricca colazione, caffè, acqua fresca e bevande, mai visto prima! Serena ci ha accolto all'arrivo con grande calore, ci ha dato ottime indicazioni e ci ha consentito di prolungare l'orario del check out, veramente un'accoglienza ottima. grazie mille, torneremo!!

Appartamento grande, molto pulito e luminoso in zona tranquilla. Cucina molto attrezzata, bagno grande, camera confortevole. Molto ben organizzato. Gli host hanno lasciato l'essenziale per la colazione. Sono stati molto gentili. Il paese lo conoscevamo già ed è molto bello. Campagna splendida vicino al mare. Speriamo di tornare!

The location is perfect – Pisa is a small city, and this apartment is very easy to reach from anywhere. It’s close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The place itself is spotlessly clean and impressively well-maintained. The interior design is beautiful and full of character – you can tell a lot of thought and love went into it. Everything we needed was there: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, cozy living space – it truly felt like home. We were able to relax completely during our stay, and we really appreciated all the small touches that made a big difference. If we ever come back to Pisa, we would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Giulia’s apartment was ideally located for our weekend in Tuscany at a wedding. It was spacious, comfortable and had parking tight outside. It has been lovingly furnished in a homily way giving it a cosy feel. Giulia as a host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot recommend enough.

Sinceramente uno dei migliori AirBnb in cui siamo restati. Tutto era perfetto, dalla casa fino alla nostra ospita, Elisa, che ha sistemato tutto per noi e con cui la comunicazione è stata molto facile dall'inizio. Raccommando la casa di Elio a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare San Gimignano e questa parte della Toscana.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenhalt bei Simona! Der Check-in lief problemlos. Kommunikation mit Simona könnte nicht besser sein, sie hat sich äusserst liebevoll um uns gekümmert! Die Tips für die Umgebung waren echt toll und sie war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Auch die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Vom Bügeleisen über den Kaffeeautomaten inc. Kaffee ist alles vorhanden. Was andere vielleicht ein wenig stören mag, wäre die Nähe zur SS1 und der etwas in die Jahre gekommene Pool. Uns hat das nicht gestört und wir haben jeden Abend den Ausbllick aufs Meer genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! :)

This stay felt like something out of a movie! We were greeted with such warmth. The house is so beautiful and well-renovated—high quality details from the bathroom to the woodwork plus the plot of land is quintessentially Tuscany. And when Andrea found out we didn’t have a rental car, he offered to drive us! We had a wonderful time at a nearby winery, Tenuta Barbadoro, then watched the sunset from a field near the main downtown area before having a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant, Restaurante Bistrot lo Zero. We woke up to the smell of croissants and sound of chirping birds. The perfect Italian countryside experience.

Wij waren met ze 3e en hadden het huisje op het terrein, heel erg privé en ontzettend mooi ingericht. Wij waren zeer tevreden, Patrizio en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en geven je gelijk tips voor bijvoorbeeld restaurants voor lunch of diner. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en mooi opgedekt, zwembad is fantastisch met warm weer. Mooi afgelegen met totaal geen last van het verkeer. Kortom, geweldig! Wij waren zeer tevreden en raden dit iedereen aan!

Steven’s Place is in a beautiful location and had all the listed amenities. They also arranged for a vegetarian dinner for us, that was really delicious. Special mention to the staff who was very attentive and thoughtful. The only callout would be to kindly share the price for the dinner beforehand, which we felt was at the higher end at €37 per person. Rest everything was good.

We enjoyed our five days in Cristina’s rustically charming room. Everything you need, from a small supermarket to great restaurants are all within a five-minute walk. It is in a more quiet neighborhood but close to the Tower and a 25- minute walk to the main train station. Oh, and the two sweet schnauzers, Lucy and Trudy, are a great bonus for animal lovers.

My wife and I enjoy our time celebrating our 25th anniversary overlooking Lucca and the surrounding areas… absolutely beautiful setting and once in a lifetime experience.

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was refreshing and relaxing while looking out over the town. It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Clio. See you soon!

The absolute best and most welcoming BnB we've ever stayed at! Daniele was responsive and flexible, and had our room ready for us early as we had caught an early flight! And free beer and wine is always a big positive, grazie!!

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!
