The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house (my mother and I live on the ground floor) and consists of a kitchen-living room, bedroom, and bathroom. It is located in the hamlet of Pianoconte, in the countryside in a peaceful setting 5 km from the historic center (therefore, a vehicle is necessary to get around), with a parking space for a car and motorcycle and the possibility of using the garden and terrace on the ground floor. The entrance is not independent. There is a pool nearby.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

Built at the end of the 1800s on the cliff of Ghiozzo and completely renovated, it is a detached house equipped with all modern comforts (WiFi – air conditioning – satellite TV), while retaining the peculiarities of the typical Aeolian houses, once inhabited by fishermen and pumice workers.

From the terrace you will have the pleasure of admiring a breathtaking view of Lipari. The house is a small part of a typical countryside house. There is an open living room with a kitchen zone - in this room it is possible to open up a divan bed, or if you prefer two single beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and when necessary there is enough space to add a single bed. The bathroom has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower on the terrace.

The property is located in the historic center, but in a very quiet alley, just a 5-minute walk from the main port and a 2-minute walk from the square of Marina Corta from where boat trips depart. Behind you is the cathedral, the amphitheater and the archaeological museum. The area in which it is located is full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, post office. I am also at your disposal to recommend boat trips and scooter and car rentals.
