Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lipari

Calogero was a very likeable and funny young guy. He spared no effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He was always available and responded immediately to our concerns. The process and communication were very easy. We really enjoyed our stay in his Airbnb - we'll definitely come back again.

The apartment is very nice. Everything is tidy and extra clean. The setting is very quiet. It's a ten-minute drive to Brolo and other lovely places. Getting to the sea is easy, in less than a halfhour's drive. You can walk on refreshing walks surrounded by enchanting landscapes and fascinating monuments. Lucio is very kind, smiling and willing to offer all the information you need and find convenient solutions.

Very welcoming hostesses: enough to make a full breakfast, fresh water, lemons were waiting for us. As we were busy, they spontaneously offered to pick us up at the station and drive us there when we left, which was really lovely. Great apartment on two levels, first the very clean bathroom and a beautiful kitchen, overlooking a quiet balcony on a typical and pedestrian alley. On the second, a large, air-conditioned bedroom for three people Located a stone's throw from the historic center, very interesting architecture, decorated with many ceramics (a local specialty) on the floor and walls. Santo Stéfano is served by the train that allows easy access to the cities of the north coast (Messina, Milazzo, Cefalu, etc.). We recommend it!

Maria is a very kind and very helpful girl: we had a problem with wi-fi and she mobilized quickly to solve it, we reported the absence of some useful items (of secondary importance) and she thanked us for the feedback. In general, the comforts from the house have room for improvement, but nothing that seriously compromises the experience in the house and the visit of the beautiful area. The house is small and functional, the bed is a square and a person sleeps comfortably, the sofa is really exceptional, we slept there with two of us. Last positive note, which was essential for us: you can bring dogs and near the house there are green spaces and baskets to dispose of bags for your needs; you can also bring your furry friend to any area of interest.

a much needed relaxing break with the family . ( my mum 68, brother, 42, husband 46, Me 38, and kids 10, 9 and 5) while people have said they struggled to find the house we have no issues at all. yes the drive is somewhat challenging (we did have a 7 seater van) we made it absolutely fine. the views on the way are incredible. the house i really would suggest new photos as others said rooms have changed slightly but it was beautiful and perfect. the large kitchen is usable and works . great for big family meals and we used the small kitchen or breakfast and snacks. works great with a house full (and hiding wine) the gardens absolutely wonderful for lemon picking and exploring. we found the gentleman who must live in the house close buy so polite and helpful who was regularly working around. the church bells....we absolutely loved them!!! who needs a clock when you have reminders of the time. we absolutely loved our time . thank you so much !!! we would love to retu

Claudia is a superkind and very helpful host, she’s ready to answer all the questions always very fast. She came to the train station to meet us and showed us the town. We are very grateful and thank you again! The apartment is amazing, we felt like at home. It is a seaside flat, and has a balcony with sea view and with a beautiful flowering tree in front of it. We spent 5 days in Nizza in october, it’s a calm small town, it was definitely not crowded by tourists, the beach, the sea and the weather were all great. You have everything you need (bakery, café, shop) in walk distance. Nizza is a good startpoint to visit other towns nearby, as it has train and bus stops. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable and well fitted out apartment. Super clean and ideal local location for walking and eating. Serena is a first class host, immediate responses and plenty of sightseeing and restaurant recommendations made this a very relaxing 3 days. Strongly recommend.

there is a big problem in this stay: it lasted too little! We stayed one day inside this lovely apartment, my cousin and I had a great time! I have been around the world for years thanks to my work and I have visited and met billions of owners and I have to say that people like Mr. Pippo and the whole group, are rare people to find. A welcome worthy of a 4-star, super clean and fragrant house, cared for in every detail, a courtesy and kindness unbeatable. We found breakfast, water and excellent seasonal fruits (including their gardens). When we wanted to rent bikes, they were promptly made available to us, with the message before using them. In the evening we unexpectedly received excellent homemade pizza by Mr. Pippo and all his delicious family. We felt like family, really! We recommend it to everyone, treat them with care that are rare to date people like this.

the accommodation is very nice, very clean and cozy, in a strategic location to reach trails and discover the beautiful surroundings with incredible mountains, a magical place! Elisa was wonderful, impeccable hospitality, I immediately felt at home. Your tips on the surroundings are very useful. Two fabulous days that make you want to come back and, in fact, I will come back to discover other corners. I would give more than 5 stars. Thank you very much for everything!

The stay was very nice. The apartment seems to be newly renovated, it was modern and very clean. You have everything you will need. The small terrace with a view is also very nice. The place is clean and very quiet. You can walk a little. We were able to charge our electric car in the garden at an outlet. (We loaded it with 8 amps, but I think 10 amps shouldn't be a problem either). Unfortunately there is no WiFi, but the mobile network on the phone is ok. Highly recommended if you want to switch off:) Donatella and her partner speak very good English and were always friendly.

This was hands-down our favourite place we stayed on our 3-week trip to Italy. Absolutely beautiful in a peaceful, safe location, only a half-hour drive from Cefalu. We only wish we could have stayed there longer.

From the beginning, Gianfranco was welcoming, friendly, and informative. Coming from NYC, we definitely felt like we were taking a bit of a gamble on this leg of our trip, but Gianfranco helped us plan our trip from Palermo and was a great resource while we were on Salina. His B&B was beautifully situated in Malfa, walking distance to everything you need. The room was simple, but perfect for our low key, relaxing time there. As a side note, Salina may be the most beautiful place on the planet and Gianfranco provides a welcoming place to explore this paradise.

We had such a magical time on Malfa at Villa Frangimare. We were welcomed by the lovely Serena, who every morning greeted us to see if we needed anything. She was very helpful in providing local recommendations, and answering any questions we had. Our room and the villa’s property are even more beautiful than the photos. Our room was cleaned daily, and we were provided with a delicious breakfast each day. We enjoyed the pool, and rented the scooters they provide to further explore the island. Everything was perfect, we wished we could have stayed even longer and hope to return someday! Grazie!

Felt like a local at Paola’s amazing house. The area is just next to the local church & extremely safe - the safest I’ve ever been in Italy! Benefits of being in a local island town. The bus stop is just 30 seconds at the foot of the hill, w the house at the top. Rooms (bedroom / bathroom / main patio area) were extremely spacious and clean. Loved the hammock, where I spent quite a bit of time sleeping & slacking there, gazing at the sky, greenery, and the sea. It’s not a boutique hotel like the others in Malfa, but if you want an authentic local Salina experience, this is the place to dwell at. The nearby restaurant Lumerada was delicious too w great service. Highly recommended!

The Gelso is a special place... I only spent two nights with my husband and children, but it will remain in my heart. From the breakfast terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view, the individual units - all independent and equipped with a veranda with hammock and lounge chairs - are taken care of in every detail and the availability of Paolo and Gianfranco to give us advice on taxis, car rental and good restaurants was valuable. We loved Salina Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon!

Probably the best airbnb we have been to; the rooms are well designed, the breakfast excellent and the views (and island) to die for. Angela was very welcoming could not do enough for us. Luca met us at the port and dropped us back again. The walk to the port was very scenic but just under 2 km - the walk back (up hill) was more problematic but good exercise for those (like me) that need it. Excellent walk to a nice (small) beach (about 4km) but not too hilly (but still good exercise). Surprisingly the beach was sandy (a dark orange) and you could walk out in the sea (i.e it did not immediately drop off as is common on volcanic islands). Flowers and climate in September were good.

We stayed at this lovely bnb for a week and we felt so welcome! The host helped us with arranging activities and made sure had everything we needed. I think we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, thank you.

Our stay with Serena and Mauricio in Salina was absolutely wonderful. Serena coordinated a taxi to pick us up at the ferry terminal and drop us off at their property. She was waiting at the street corner upon our arrival, ready to welcome us. The room was beautiful with a porch that overlooks the property’s stunning, butterfly-filled garden and sea in the distance. The hosts added so many special touches: a gift/tote bag filled with lemon marmalade, a delicious breakfast of pastries and fruit delivered to the porch every morning, bottled water replenished daily, etc. The hosts have two e-bikes available for daily rental with parking spaces in the garden, and we highly recommend that all future guests take advantage of them to see the island! Serena was exceptionally accommodating with an early check-in, as our ferry from Napoli arrived well before the designated check-in time. Because they hadn’t had a guest the previous night, she let us check in as soon as we reached the property.
