Casa Isabella: Serenity By The Sea

Casa Isabella is 5 minutes walk from the centre of the the village of Malfa on the island of Salina, one of the seven Aeolian Islands off the north-west coast of Sicily. This two storey house was recently renovated to exceptional standards and restored in typical Aeolian style with a contemporary twist, sleeping two people comfortably. The house has magnificent uninterrupted views over the ocean, including from the double bedroom, the two covered outdoor terraces and the front garden. It is bordered by grape vines on one side, olive trees to the other, and the ocean in front. The double bedroom upstairs has a window overlooking the sea and also views back to Malfa, and has an en-suite bathroom and shower. Downstairs there is a large living area that opens onto a covered terrace which is perfect for entertaining, a modern eat-in kitchen opening to another terrace, and another bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is minimalist in design with resin floors and new fittings throughout. All bedding and bath towels are supplied (please bring your own beach towels), and the kitchen is fully equipped. The house is fully air-conditioned and also has heating for the colder months, as well as a slow combustion fire-place. The house has television and wifi, but no telephone. Mobile reception is good. The house is a 5 minute walk from Malfa shops and village square, a 10 minute walk to Malfa port and a 15 minute walk to Punta Scario Beach. It has plenty of parking space for a car and/or scooters, both of which can be rented in Malfa. Casa Isabella is perfect for a week, a month or the whole summer season! Minimum stay is 7 nights. Casa Isabella is also our holiday home, and we ask that you treat it as if it were yours. Upon arrival, we will supply a full information guide to the house, restaurants and other sites and services in Malfa, and the surrounding islands. Cleaning fee is €50 and is to be paid in cash directly to the cleaner upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE, THIS HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS ONLY.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a seafront complex on Canneto Beach on the Island of Lipari, which can be reached by crossing the road! In addition, the accommodation has a beautiful private terrace close to the beach which, according to our customers, is the most requested and most appreciated attraction in our reviews. On the ground floor of the same building, the convenience of a supermarket with fresh fruit and a butcher. The bus stop to the center is 15 meters away.

The "Attico sul mare" apartment is located in front of the bay of Canneto, 50 meters from the sea and about 100 meters from the pier where the boats for excursions to the other islands depart, bus stop 20 meters away. The house has a terrace veranda with stunning sea views. It has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen equipped with all amenities (satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, coffee maker, double sofa bed) adjacent to the terrace equipped with table, chairs, sofa and deckchair.

The apartment is part of the house where the sole owner lives, consisting of a large bedroom with a double bed that can be separated, air conditioning, an anti-bathroom, a full bathroom with a shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, sofa and television. In addition, a large terrace overlooking the sea with a covered part for lunch and relaxation and a wonderful view of Panarea and Stromboli. A private staircase leads to the beautiful bay below with a wonderful sea.

Casa Gesùpappina mia is an oasis of privacy and beauty located at the end of the hamlet of Canneto, just above the former Spiagge Bianche, in the northeastern part of the island of Lipari. Built at the end of the 1800s on the cliff of Ghiozzo and completely renovated, it is a detached house equipped with all modern comforts (WiFi – air conditioning – satellite TV), while retaining the peculiarities of the typical Aeolian houses, once inhabited by fishermen and pumice workers.

Casa Blu, Canneto Mare

Casa Blu is located on the parallel of the seafront, a stone's throw from the beach, in the seaside hamlet of Canneto. Nearby you will find a supermarket, bakery, bar and continuing along the waterfront small shops and places to eat. Two minutes away is the terminal of the bus that connects Canneto to the port and the center of Lipari (3 km). Connections are available until late evening in summer, at other times only during the day.
