A very nice apartment in the historic center.

A very nice apartment, 60 square meters, located in the heart of the old town, in the historic district of the city, 150 meters from the cathedral. Within walking distance of all shops as well as the Jardins de l'Évêché and the banks of the Vienne. The magnificent train station, which some say is the most beautiful in the world, is a 3-minute drive, 10-minute walk away. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. The neighborhood is pedestrian with free parking nearby.

A convenience store/gas station very close (Boulevard de la Borie) is open from 7am to 9pm. Bus line 8 is 100 m away and serves the city center which is 2 km away. The apartment is located near major roads. Rental prohibited for women working in the sex industry.

Nice and cosy place if you're planning on staying for a few days. Small bedroom and kitchen but well-equipped and a very comfortable bathroom. Arnaud is very friendly and forthcoming with tips and info. Great location and a peaceful access point to its beautiful surroundings.

This small studio really matches its description... and even more! Everything is designed for a pleasant stay: from hair dryer to clothes brush, from salt to a range of condiments. Who would believe that in a studio, you would find a REAL 160 bed, a REAL shower, a washing machine, a dishwasher. It's a dollhouse with all the comforts! The neighborhood is quiet, with shops nearby... and especially Eric and his wife are charming.
