The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

The kitchen diner comes with all the kitchen equipment included and a working wood burning stove. Situated in its own grounds, with a large in ground swimming pool. Located between Bellac & Le Dorat and only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. A perfect getaway retreat! We also have a one bedroom apartment upstairs sleeping an additional 2 people.
