Close to lakeside beaches and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Ideally located for either the very active with walking, riding and biking tracks or a totally laid-back and relaxing holiday in peace and tranquillity. Min. 7 nights during peak season

Charming little studio house.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating/BBQ area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. There is a large woodburner downstairs and electric heating in the bedrooms.

Villa Beaupeyrat offers a small 115m² house as an annex on two levels , its garden and exclusive terrace. You will enjoy the old orangery transformed into a kitchen dining room with panoramic views of the garden, its palm trees and its magnificent Magnolia Grandiflora giving it a holiday feel. You can rest in peace in the middle of the greenery and enjoy a moment of relaxation , sunbathing in a sunbed or around a family barbecue.
