Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

A cozy sofa, a lovely seating area in the open kitchen, and two bedrooms with 1.60m beds make this house a wonderful accommodation. A spacious bathroom and a guest toilet are available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine. A small garden invites you to relax (currently still in progress). Hospital, bus and train stations, dining options, and shopping facilities are nearby.

The 2-room apartment can accommodate ideally 2 adults and 2 children. If necessary, the 5th person can lie down on the cozy couch in the living room. Private small shower with toilet. The Wesermarsch right outside the front door and the nearby rivers Weser, Ochtum and Ollen invite you to bike rides, walks or inliner tours. Good location on the Weser bike path. Oldenburg and Bremen can be reached in just 30-40 minutes by car.

Welcome to the old Neustadt. Here, numerous restaurants, bars and shopping facilities are lined up next to each other. You can leave your car and explore Bremen on foot. Outside the door are numerous free parking spaces. Within 10 minutes on foot you are at the Bremen Schlachte and downtown. The apartment is located in the basement of our old Bremen house from 1895. The apartment was rebuilt from scratch in 2021/2022 and is in mint condition.

The apartment is located in Leuchtenburg near the Bremen-Lesum train station. The drive to Bremen city centre takes about 15 minutes by car. There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
