Über eine offene Treppe gelangt man in die helle Wohnung im Obergeschoss des Hauses. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Oberneuland, die nach 250 m auf den Fernradwanderweg von Bremen nach Hamburg führt. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus mit einer Wanderung oder einer Fahrradtour in die fantastische Wümme-Niederung beginnen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe (ca.800m), die Bushaltestelle liegt am Ende der Straße und der Bahnhof Oberneuland ist nah. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze.

From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. Lots of peace, privacy and the wide property ensure a holiday feeling from the first moment.

Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine. A small garden invites you to relax (currently still in progress). Hospital, bus and train stations, dining options, and shopping facilities are nearby.
