Prestigious apartment with balcony overlooking the canal a few minutes from Piazza San Marco but in a quiet area. One week before arrival, you will be asked to provide just one guest's ID, along with payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the whole group, for the entire stay) and the accommodation tax. Your data is only shared with the Police and the Municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep. I have a place where you can leave your luggage.

My apartment is spacious -140 sq.meters-and bright in an historical palace in the very center of Venice. There is a large double bedroom with its own bathroom , another smaller double bedroom and a single bedroom with a second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table where you can have breakfast or meals. In the wide living room there is a table for 6 and 2 large sofas. From here you have access to a nice terrace with table and chairs where you can relax after sightseeing!!!

Peaceful corner just steps from the center and the sea

Bright apartment within walking distance of the sea and the water bus stop It is located on the ground floor of a nice villa and consists of a double bedroom, a cot for children up to 15 kg, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a dining room with a kitchen and a dishwasher, a double sofa bed, and a courtyard. The center of Venice is very well connected, reachable in just 10 minutes by water bus! A quiet, relaxing and cozy nest after a day in the crowded streets of Venice.

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

"Il ramo di kaki" is a 120 square meters' very comfortable apartment. It was my grandparents’ summer residence during the ‘50’s. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
