I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

L' appartamento, di circa 75 mq, con un'ampia terrazza di 8 mq, primo piano (raggiungibile dopo 3 gradini e poi ascensore), è situato nel sestiere di DorsoDuro, e più precisamente nell'isola della Giudecca. E' estremamente luminoso ed è composto da: ingresso, soggiorno con terrazza, cucina, due camere da letto, una con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con letto singolo, disimpegno e bagno. E' dotato di condizionamento/riscaldamento autonomo, televisore e internet.

"Il ramo di kaki" is a 120 square meters' very comfortable apartment. It was my grandparents’ summer residence during the ‘50’s. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale.
