Wij verbleven met onze vriendengroep in het huis van Nicola en het was fantastisch! Prachtig huis, precies zoals op de foto’s. Mooi uitzicht en een heerlijke rustige omgeving. De chef kok en de pizza party zijn echt een aanrader, onwijs van genoten! Wij raden dit huis zeker aan voor vriendengroepen/familie’s!! :)

Un immense merci pour ce superbe séjour ! L’accueil a été irréprochable, la maison était parfaitement propre, confortable et encore mieux que sur les photos. Une expérience 5 étoiles, je recommande les yeux fermés et je reviendrai avec plaisir !

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Outstanding cosy apartment, really nice, right on the Porto canale - outstanding location. No kitchen, but you would be crazy cooling at home with such great restaurants around ! Valerio recommended the perfect parking spot. Always reactive. A lady living right in front of the apartment helps him out, she also provided some excellent local recommendations. Outstanding experience, we will be back !

Wir haben 4 Wochen in dem tollen Haus von Mauro verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben war. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten ist super schön und dank des sicheren Zaunes ein Paradies für unsere beiden Hunde. Der Blick auf San Marino ist ein Traum und die große, überdachte Terrasse spendet herrlichen Schatten, wenn es mal heißer wurde. Mauro ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber, der trotz unserer mangelnden Italienischkenntnisse sofort auf Wünsche reagierte. Besser geht es nicht. Sein super netter Hund Alba war ein von uns und unseren Hunden ein sehr gern gesehener Zaungast. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in occasione di un torneo di beach volley. Eravamo in 6, la casa rispetta la descrizione ed è comoda con una terrazza esterna veramente carina. l'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Super consigliata.

L’appartamento è molto carino e lo spazio esterno della casa davvero godibile. La pulizia è impeccabile e l’attrezzatura in cucina più che sufficiente per due ospiti. L’agriturismo è perfettamente tenuto e la piscina un valore aggiunto. Maria è stata gentile e disponibile nel segnalare attività e ristoranti della zona. Tornerò sicuramente.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Vi er en familie på 5 som havde et helt fantastisk ophold. Huset er kæmpestort og meget flot og udsigten findes ikke bedre. Alt stress forlader kroppen når man er der. Alle vegne man kiggede var der exceptionelt flotte udsigter. Derudover var Lucia og Frederico så varme personer og gjorde at vi var meget velkommen. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen!

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

Kiva huoneisto. Metromaren käyttö oli helppoa, pääsimme hyvin ja nopeasti Riminille sekä Riccioneen. Uima-allas oli hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä!

Appartamento molto grande e con spazi ben suddivisi. Completa di ogni comfort e con una vista spettacolare. La tranquillità regna sovrana. Federica è stata molto disponibile e sempre reattiva. L’appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal centro di Verucchio, purtroppo manca un marciapiede per arrivare in centro, ma in 1 minuto di auto è possibile raggiungere i parcheggi del centro. La posizione è strategica per visitare anche San Marino e Rimini. Lo consiglio vivamente

Wir waren bereits 2023 in Serenas Unterkunft. Es war wieder sehr schön. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, gelegen mitten im Wald. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick in diesen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden: Pellets für den Ofen (bei Bedarf), Küchenutensilien, Salz, Zucker etc. Serena und Paolo sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem kleinen Hund hier. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen Schotterweg. Das Auto ist also ein Muss. In der Nähe ist ein kleiner Bachlauf, hier kann man schön baden (wenn das Wasser auch kalt ist). In der Umgebung gibt es sehr gute Restaurants mit leckerem toskanischen Essen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Genug Platz für vier Leute mit einem Hund. Sauber und ruhig. Schönes Restaurant mit Live Musik zweimal in der Woche. Unser Haus war 1 min. vom Strand, somit die perfekte Lage. Nettes Personal. Wir würden wieder kommen. Weiter so Club Del Sole Team

Locuinta lui Matteo este exact ca în descriere. Ne-am simțit ca acasă, iar Matteo este o gazda impecabila. Sigur vom reveni la el.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und besitzt alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Weiterhin liegt es direkt am Strand, in der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und die Besitzerin hat mit einigen Lokalitäten Rabatte für Besucher ausgehandelt. Die Kommunikation war reibungslos. Alles in allem eine schöne Wohnung und ein sehr schöner Urlaub.
