Fabulous place in amazing surroundings. The pool area is wonderful and the garden beautiful. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the entire place - especially the outdoor pizza oven. Nicola was very helpful and fast in his responses.

This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

This was a beautiful and perfect location for exploring Rimini. The pullout couch was very comfortable and the architecture & accessories of the flat were both inspiring and efficient for the size. I would definitely recommend this location and would be happy to return next time!

Outstanding cosy apartment, really nice, right on the Porto canale - outstanding location. No kitchen, but you would be crazy cooling at home with such great restaurants around ! Valerio recommended the perfect parking spot. Always reactive. A lady living right in front of the apartment helps him out, she also provided some excellent local recommendations. House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect place for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but just a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (fully fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with numerous dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he solved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

We stayed two nights for a beach volleyball tournament. There were 6 of us, the house matches the description and is comfortable with a really nice outdoor terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is unbeatable. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked, there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Nice apartment. Metromare was easy to use, we got to Rimini and Riccione well and quickly. The swimming pool was good. The staff was friendly!

Very large apartment with well divided spaces. Complete with every comfort and spectacular views. Tranquility reigns supreme. Federica was very helpful and always responsive. The apartment is a short walk from the center of Verucchio, unfortunately there is no sidewalk to get to the center, but in 1 minute by car you can reach the parking lots in the center. The location is strategic to also visit San Marino and Rimini. I highly recommend it

We were already in Serena's accommodation in 2023. It was very nice again. The location is very quiet, located in the middle of the forest. On the terrace you have a beautiful view of this. Everything is available in the apartment: pellets for the oven (if necessary), kitchen utensils, salt, sugar, etc. Serena and Paolo are very friendly and accommodating. There were two of us here with our little dog. The accommodation can be reached via a gravel path. So a car is a must. Nearby is a small stream, here you can swim nicely (even if the water is cold). There are very good restaurants with delicious Tuscan food in the area. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Really amazing apartment, more beautiful than in the photos. There's a new bathroom. In addition to the table and chairs, there are two sun loungers on the terrace. Look for a beautiful beach in front of the house. Close to restaurants, coffee and beautiful walks. Max was a fantastic host, very nice. We didn't want to leave and I believe that we will return sometime.
