The contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. The cottage is rural and surrounded by fields in all directions. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

The Bolthole is a delightful dog-friendly 2-bedroom cottage situated in the heart of bustling Leyburn, ideal for two adults and two children. Dating back over 150 years, this comfortable home retains many original features and has a cosy sitting-room with log-burner and recently refurbished shower room. There is easy access to various cafes, pubs, grocery stores and many independent shops whilst stunning scenery, including the famous Leyburn Shawl, is less than a five minute walk away.

Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. The annexe also has ramped access so is suitable for less mobile guests. We are ideally positioned for visitors wishing to explore the area on foot, bike, bus, or car and there are a number of fabulous walks right from our door.
