Eastfield Lodge is a charming Victorian House with 8 beautiful bedrooms all ensuite. The communal dining room and lounge overlook Wensleydale and the hills beyond. This house is ideal for gatherings of all generations, walking and cycling groups, friends getting together for reunions, birthdays or anniversaries or Corporate Team Building. The Lodge can be booked for up to 16 people but additional guests can be added after booking. Charges apply. There are three apartments that can be booked.

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens. It has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

This stunning property is situated with in i40 acres of Adambottom Farm . The Bothy is located at the end of a line of traditional outbuildings and was once a hay barn. There is plentiful supply of wild salmon and trout to fish. A wildlife haven for many birds and wild flowers. Wensleydale boasts extensive attractions. Such as the magnificent Aysgarth Falls and splendid Bolton Castle both walkable from the Bothy .
