Sweet, quirky little property, it’s like being on a boat without the movement! We enjoyed the quirkiness of it but it is tiny & the stairs very steep & narrow. You need to be agile to climb up & down.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

A fantastic little spot – spacious with everything you could need, and it's just a short stroll away from the beach, cute cafes and several bars. We walked down to the beach in the mornings to see the sunrise, then later went for a quick dip before using the sauna that's next to the Salt Kiosk. Ideal. Great communication from Max and Jade at GuestNest, and we'd definitely stay again if we visit the area. Thanks!

Great location. Walkable from station. Great apartment with balcony looking straight out to sea. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need from wine glasses to soup spoons. Key safe and keys worked first time! Lots of useful notes left with clear instructions and advice. Peter responded very quickly to any messages. Lovely!

Great property, perfect for our short stay in Maidstone

It was a last minute booking whilst staying over Christmas, instead of sleeping with the in-laws after, after being messed around by “Fahid” taking my money and then refusing my booking ( DO NOT USE HIM) she was a life saver it’s a no thrills apartment but it has everything you need for a short last minute stay and very easy to communicate and let alone saved over 30% very cheap and cheerful. Room was clean and cost. We had a bit of trouble finding the place at first but the hosts were super helpful and patient.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay for my friend’s 40th birthday in Brighton. The location is absolutely brilliant, and the apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of tiny things we needed to contact the hosts about and they were incredibly responsive, answering messages so quickly and clearly. We would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future :)

Marc and Agi are excellent hosts. The communication from them was fantastic and they responded to all of our questions with prompt and thorough replies. The lodge itself is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by vineyards and walking paths. If you have a furry friend, he’ll love it here. The town of Dorking is lovely and within walking distance. Public transportation is also nearby. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, Denbies Lodge is a fantastic option.

What an amazing find Barn Croft is! Rodmell is so pretty in the early summer - and we we were able to go on so many different walks right from the front door We got an amazing welcome hamper from Ali & Tim and felt at home straight away - they also checked in on us during the stay, which was kind. This eco home feels very cosy with lots of wood and natural fibres everywhere - just like the pics. The beds were comfy, the only sound was birdsong and everything was clean and user friendly as expected. The house manual was a great help and also suggested lots of cool places to explore. Angel the cat is very sweet - she needs feeding quite a bit, but there were plenty of instructions on her likes and dislikes. We found it was best to top up her food before bedtime. All I all we had such a restful time in the corner of Sussex and would love to come here again sometime.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hanna's apartment for a period of a month. The moment we arrived, the house felt warm and welcoming, setting a positive tone for our visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect home base for the three of us. The house was very convenient, with everything functioning perfectly. At the back, there’s a beautifully sloped garden that feels like being surrounded by nature, along with a charming summer house ideal for days with nice weather. Even though our stay coincided with cold and stormy weather, we still appreciated the garden's atmosphere. The designated parking area was also very helpful, especially when we rented a car during part of our stay. In summary, we lacked nothing, and our stay was very pleasant. It truly felt like a home away from home. When we return to the area, we will definitely try to stay here again.

The perfect AirBnB. It’s a home first, loads of space, well thought out mix of rooms and bed arrangements.. plenty of table space to eat, a good size lounge and fab outside with brick BBQ…. It’s not hotel- perfect and doesn’t need to be, because it’s well stocked with little extras, games for everyone, LEGO for the kids, beach stuff and parasols, sauces and spices and breakfast things in, even a bottle of Prosecco. Lisa’s comms were great, even down to requesting parking permits.. there were only 4 of us staying, but would have been fine for more… You can park outside, it’s a 7 min walk from the station, 15mins to the posh bit with bars and restaurants, and if feeling adventurous, you can walk the 25km Seven Sisters, taking in Beachy Head. Eastbourne itself has a great buzz about it, definitely up and coming and with a great food/pub/bar scene..

We had a great stay at this house. It was spacious and well-suited for a family, with a nice garden and loads of toys that the kids really enjoyed playing with. The layout made it easy to relax, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was quiet and peaceful, and access by car was straightforward, with parking nearby. It's a good spot if you're looking for a calm place to stay that still offers convenience. Overall, a solid option for families, especially with young children. Everything was as expected.

Lovely gardens and grounds. Accommodation just what we needed for the weekend attending my nephews wedding. Wish we had noted that one of the bedrooms on the very top floor (accessed by very steep stairs with no handrail) led off the other. There is a VERY small shower room on this level too. Just as well I was travelling with my son and daughter in law! My sister and her husband confined themselves to the lower floor, accessed by a slightly less steep set of stairs, but with a handrail. Both shower rooms and living room are on this floor. Very large, comfortable living room, lots of room for everyone to enjoy time together. The kitchen and dining room on the ground floor were very well equipped, we found everything we needed, but felt that, should the need arise, help was at hand.

Alfonso made me feel like I was at a friend’s apartment. He even cooked for me. It was a great experience.

Thanks to Ola and family for hosting, the annex at the side of the house was great, really modern with everything you need, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room area, and all situated in a beautiful area in the countryside, about 20mins drive from Tunbridge. Highly Recommend.

Perfect for a short or long stay in Hove

I had such a lovely stay at Janet’s place! The house was beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. Janet was incredibly sweet and friendly — she offered great recommendations and was always happy to help. The location is perfect too, close to everything you need. Brighton itself is a gorgeous city, and staying here made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Ryan’s place was just what we were looking for. Apartment is very clean & modern, with a lift & private parking, would definitely recommend Ryan’s apartment if you’re in the area.

Great stay, would highly recommend. Great value for money. Only issue would be cooking appliances... one small frying pan and sauce pan only, no spatula... however, we made it work with what we did have to use, so it was not an overly issue for us at all. The price of the property and what it had to offer is disregarded this minor fault. supermarket across the road this is ideal. Communication is super fast! Thank you for accommodating.

Hayley has been an amazing host from start to finish with great communication and very helpful. Hayley’s place is a little gem! Very cosy and homely in a really convenient location.
