Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Skylark is ideal for visiting one of the many attractions near by (including Charleston House, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Firle Place and the medieval village of Alfriston), a stopover on the South Downs Way, a weekend of walking or just some time out to relax.

The toilet is in a converted horse trailer .new shower and toilet a short walk away. surrounded by farmland , sheep,chickens & horses . access to 80 acres of walks on our own farmland . Dogs must be kept on a lead .

Pine tree woodland retreat at Greensand

This architect designed self contained studio retreat is surrounded by pine trees and positioned in a secluded side annex to our main family house. The area is surrounded by walking paths and quiet country lanes. It is a newly renovated open-plan space with en-suite shower room and private balcony, tree-top views and direct access to a yoga deck. By arrangement guests may have exclusive use of the heated pool and infra-red sauna which is situated at the rear of the main house.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

It has an enclosed garden to the rear with a nautical theme as well as off road parking. It is maintained to a very high standard. Lewes has its own cinema, brewery and a castle with scenic views across Sussex and the River Ouse. Great local walks. 7 miles from Brighton. One week minimum stay in July and August.

Semi-detached 2bed, KingstonRidge, Kingston, Lewes

A self-contained 2-bedroom flat , semi-detached to our home with separate access on the idyllic Kingston Ridge . Ideal for walkers, the South Downs way is at the end of the private no-through road, or the County Town of Lewes is a 2 mile walk away (or a ten minute drive). Brighton is 8 miles down the road, with a regular bus service. The apartment is ideal for 4-6 people but has a maximum capacity of 8 (sofa bed). N.B. We have a very friendly dog.
