We had a great stay! Very nice, high quality apartment. Extremely clean and tidy. Richard provided lovely food for breakfast and accommodated our dietary requirements. The only thing is the beds were both a little squeaky and wobbly. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

A beautiful space that really feels like a home away from home. Rachel is also a fantastic host, providing so many local recommendations and is super responsive. I couldn’t recommend more!

Lovely, well-decorated apartment - easy stay for two people. Only a five-minute walk down to the seafront and close to the Pier, and only a ten-minute walk to the Laines. Fair warning that staying in the summer means you'll want to bring a fan or sleep with the window open. The front window opens onto the street, so it's not great to leave open at night, but it's lovely during the day. Some people smoke in the alley behind the apartment, so it's also occasionally not great with the open bedroom window.

Such a beautiful and homely flat in a quiet, residential stretch of Brighton, easily within walking distance from the city centre. Clare is incredibly helpful and accommodating and we had such a lovely stay. Thank you so much!!

Lee’s apartment was really well situated- not far from the sea or Kemptown. Easy transport links and parking with a permit was easy. Lee’s recommendations were great and my favourite was the Reading Room a cafe overlooking the beach-bliss. The apartment was just fine for two people. Compact and beautifully presented with a little outside area to sit amongst the roses. Lovely to have complimentary drinks in the fridge too!! Would definitely visit again!

Anges's "Home in East Sussex" was "wonderful" in every sense of the word. The location was 6 stars! An 8 minute walk from the train station, central to Lewes on the towns main street, and at the base of the Lewes Castle. The apartment was very charming with an extremely well stocked kitchen (including salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar) and well equipped from pans to plates and everything in between. Our Gang of Four are foodies and had no problem cooking a couple of meals when we did not eat out. The bed and pull out bed were very comfortable, each with great lines and plush comforters. Bathroom towels were pristine and included were small bottles of shampoo, body wash and body cream. Last, but not least, was the absolutely beautiful English garden. Finally, Agnes was very responsive and flexible to our questions and requests. Thank you Agnes for this memorable family get away!

Even though there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building for external painting work (out of the hosts control ) the flat was exactly as described and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean, great local recommendations brochure and we had a good nights sleep. The only slight downside was the communal area, which smelt of damp and looked very tired.. again out of the hosts control. The local area was great, very Brighton, a cool and vibrant neighbourhood . I felt very safe leaving my car parked up the top of the road (£7 for 4hrs which I timed to roll overnight ) and moved it to neighbouring streets over our 48 stay. The beach was literally at the end of the street and the Brighton Lanes were only a 17 min walk away along the seafront. My partner and I would recommend Charlottes place to everyone and we will definitely book again

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. We will be going back hopeful for longer next time . I would like to thank Rob for letting us take our two dogs and for a lovely welcome. Neil and Sandra Smith

I had a really lovely stay! Paul was really responsive over message and flexible in letting me drop luggage and check in early as the flat was ready due to an early check out. The flat is so well stocked and Paul goes above and beyond, supplying bread, milk eggs, cereals etc and the bathroom is stocked with everything you need should you forget anything. Location is very near the train station and St Leonards and Hastings is lovely. I found a lot of things were closed on a Sunday or Monday but there was still a lot to wander around and I loved the peacefulness.

Such a great flat, just as described and full of thoughtful and useful touches. This really is a home from home with everything you might need for a relaxing stay in Hove. Really couldn’t fault the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Sarah!

Great few days visiting family in the area.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

This little house suited very well for our needs. The host was very helpful and friendly. This house lies close to the train station and it is not fare to the sea.

A lovely cottage with peaceful surroundings, as described. We arrived to some lovely welcome treats, thank you. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the beds were comfy. Great location, we visited Brighton, Seaford Beach and spent an afternoon at Middle Farm which had a great farm park for our 4 yr old to enjoy, and a lovely cafe and cider barn for the adults.

A good, very affordable option in Brighton with a comfortable bed, cute living area, and well equipped kitchen for cooking simple meals. The neighborhood is great too, just enough outside the city center but close enough to walk. I would return. Thank you Dicky.

We had a lovely weekend stay in The Flint apartment, it was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and even better than the pictures. The apartment was in a great location to Brighton centre with everything within walking distance, we would highly recommend a stay here and hope to return in the future.

I booked this stay with Lesley merely hours before heading to Brighton. Lesley was very prompt, organised for the flat to be cleaned before my arrival, and was extremely responsive. The flat was exactly as pictured, and was such a beautiful homely space - exactly what I was looking for. I will most definitely be returning to Brighton for more weekends away, and this is where I will be staying!
