We had a wonderful stay at Ellie’s apartment in Brighton. The location was perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself was cosy, well-equipped, and located in a lovely neighbourhood. It really felt like a home away from home. My girlfriend and I had a great time and are very grateful for such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Perfect - accommodation, host, location The Annex is very clean, spacious and comfortable, thoughtfully designed and furnished, and Shirley is a very good host. Cannot fault it at all. Hassocks has a train station, pub, several cafes and restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets - all within a 5-10 minute easy walk. Everything you need, as well as public footpaths and walks to explore.

Our stay at Em and Matt’s place was absolutely incredible, not just because their home is stunning and peaceful, but because they are truly exceptional people. From the moment we booked, they were unbelievably kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. Every interaction with them was warm and genuine they went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure we felt comfortable, supported, and welcome. Em and Matt were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They handled everything with such grace, patience, and kindness that it genuinely moved us. It’s rare to come across people this lovely, they made our trip feel not only easy and relaxing, but deeply heartwarming. We honestly can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and for being such wonderful, caring humans. They made a beautiful place even more special. Best wishes and blessings to you both.

Fabulous place just as advertised. Highlights - very clean with comfortable bed. Brighton town very accessible by bus or within a thirty minute walk. Friendly staff. Vicky met us and showed us around the property. Would definitely stay again.

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay. The place was very clean & tidy. The outside area was spacious & useful area to play with our dog. It was secure for dogs as long as front gate was closed which it almost always was. It was a good base to explore the local area. Thank you

Julia's place felt just like home! The house has so much character - we especially loved the downstairs kitchen/dining area, with French-windows on to the little garden, which was delightfully restful. From the house it's a short walk into town - or the bus stop is just 100 metres away, taking you to Brighton (amongst other places). Lewes itself is, of course, such a beautiful, historic town, and it was great to be able to stay close to the centre, yet in a very quiet street. Plus, the bed was very comfortable!

We loved our stay at Chris’s place. Very cosy cottage with all the amenities you could need. Also delicious scones on arrival! We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

We LOVED our stay here and plan to come back when our dog ( currently a puppy) is big enough to enjoy the longer walks on offer in the area! Helen is one of the best Airbnb hosts we have met who sent us so many great tips in advance that we could have stayed a few weeks and prob not seen it all. Stayed here with a group of ladies, property was just like described, arrived in the dark so knowing what the drive area was like made it a lot easier to find than looking for house numbers. Built up area so conscious of noise but very reasonable price for great accommodation and a very helpful host. Simple decor but tidy and spacious areas. I would highly recommend.

This airbnb provided me such a special birthday experience, the terrace is ideal for catching sun in the day time and having a quiet smoke in the evening before bed. Out of all the airbnbs I have stayed at, this is my favourite; the house is huge and to be quite honest like a maze.. the aesthetic and interior is magical. The only downside is that body towels arent provided but that just means being responsible and bringing one of your own :) The house was very homely and my friends really enjoyed themselves, cleaning up was not hard at all and it is really easy to locate where everything goes! There is an iron and heating if you ever do need it but it was really warm during our stay, there is fans in every bedroom and the beds are extremely comfortable; I'd love to stay again!!

It was the dreamiest stay ever! Kerry and Alison have an absolute gem for anyone wanting to stay in Brighton. Beautiful living room/ little garden - clean and equipped kitchen and bathroom. They have the comfiest sofa ever! Thank you for a lovely stay x

Alan was a great host, friendly, flexible and quick to respond. The flat was clean, tidy and had lovely furnishings. A perfect little residence for a Brighton stay, well located, only a short walk into the main part of Brighton and the sea.

We had a great few days not long enough lots of lovey walks as we have to dogs who loved the beach. The flat was outstanding every thing you needed was there and spotless. Our first Airbnb, it was AMAZING. Sadly only able to stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect in every way. We didn’t require any of the facilities other than two mugs, a kettle, a bed, and a bathroom as we were in the area to visit relatives for a function, however, there was everything supplied that could possibly be needed for a long holiday. The bedding, and everything else, was spotless. Not a speck of dust anywhere, beautiful white towels. Could not find a single fault at all, and I’m not an easy person to please! Such a peaceful area. Had an amazing time. A lovely space to stay in for the weekend, could have stayed there longer. Close to the seafront and a 15 min walk away from the Brighton 360 and upside down house experience. Plenty of local shops including Tesco's and Sainsbury's and lots of pubs and food places. Felt at home and a comfortable stay, the host (Jess) was very responsive too when I had queries. Overall an amazing stay, thanks so much.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I've visited Adrian's several times now. The flat is perfect for a restful stay, while being close to amazing restaurants, bars, the beach, parks. Adrian is a great host and check in and staying at the flat is always very easy. Highly recommend for a visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here over a long weekend! The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable, with beautiful views to wake up to. Diana was a wonderful host - warm, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. No request was too big or too small, and she welcomed us like we were part of her family. We have just arrived home after a wonderful short break at Seascape, celebrating my husband’s 70th birthday. Seascape is a beautiful apartment. Spotlessly clean and it felt like it had been newly decorated and furnished. It’s great to have two levels and two bathrooms. Felt very spacious and incredibly peaceful with the most glorious view. We spotted dolphins out in the bay from the balcony. Highly recommended. By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. We also enjoyed the cafes and restaurants in St Leonard’s and the walk to Bexhill. Really didn’t want to return to 30 degrees heat in London. Thank you!
