We had a really nice holiday in the apartment. Quiet location. Many leisure opportunities. The apartment was perfectly equipped and very clean, there was nothing missing. Highly recommended.

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Britta's very likeable, uncomplicated and unobtrusive appearance made it difficult for us to say goodbye on the day of departure. From the first minute of our vacation, we were in feel-good mode. The kitchen amenities make the heart of a self-catering and hobby cook beat faster. Is there anything more beautiful than sleeping restfully on vacation, despite unfamiliar beds? No problem with Britta. Cozy living room with tasteful furnishings, a balcony with heavenly mountain panoramic views. And where else are you greeted in an apartment by the host with two beautiful bouquets of flowers? We will be back! Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Simon's house exceeded our expectations. It was not only very lovingly and exquisitely furnished, but also sparkling clean. We immediately felt at home. Communication with Simon was quick and smooth. He was always there when we had questions and kindly provided us with a shelter for our car when heavy hail was predicted. The area is very quiet, the house has a really good and inviting energy due to the lots of wood. From Großweil you can easily reach all the beautiful lakes or hiking trails. There is also a small supermarket in the village and in Murnau there are also larger markets if you need more. We longed for rest and quiet this week and got exactly that. A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really awesome! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "crickets chirping radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well mask the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our exclusive use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Good location and easy access. Appartment was in good condition and everything was as promised.

Very nice private apartment spacious enough for 4 persons (especially 2 adults + 2 children). Recently completely renovated in a very tasteful way; spacious and bright. Equipped with plenty of household items (soap, washing-up liquid, garbage bags, but also tea and coffee). The location and the view are also beautiful; I would recommend adding some photos of the outside because Google maps may give a wrong impression of the surroundings. Lots of beautiful hiking trails and cross-country skiing trails directly nearby and the ski lift can also be reached on foot. The only thing you don't have in this season is direct sunlight in the part of the (front)garden that you can actively use. If I had to come up with a point of improvement: put down a folder with a description of how appliances (such as the special but nice coffee maker) work and where you have to/are allowed to go with your waste. But otherwise, it's great. Communication with Isabel was very easy and fast.

Amazing place! Just as pictured. Incredible view. So relaxing and close to get to paragliding, funicular, and hiking, biking or just walking. Very clean, great amenities. Everything you need for cooking including oils, spices etc as well as espresso is in stocked kitchen. Stefan was readily available to answer questions and was there when we arrived. Would give 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment is beautiful and offers a great view of the mountains – just the thing to unwind. The kitchen is a bit small, but completely adequate and well equipped. The location is great for excursions in the area – many beautiful hiking and excursion destinations are quickly accessible. Viktoria was a great host: she always responded quickly to messages and was very helpful. We felt very comfortable at the place and would come back any time. Clear recommendation!

Absolutely recommended accommodation – better than in the pictures! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Furniture and amenities are high-quality and modern. The kitchen in particular is excellently equipped – everything is very well maintained and up to date. The bed is extremely comfortable with a good mattress and high-quality linens. The bathroom is also great: clean, modern, tasteful. The balcony invites you to linger – quiet, with a view of the countryside. Internet connection is fast and stable, ideal for streaming or working. Everything was sparkling clean – bathroom, kitchen, bed – we immediately felt comfortable. The parking space right outside the door ensures a relaxed arrival. Overall, an accommodation that we can recommend without reservation – we'll be back for sure!

This is the second year we've come to Mathias' place, it feels really good. The accommodation is very functional. the apartment is quiet surrounded by beautiful mountains. The proximity to the cities of Innsbrúk, Garmisch is a plus. Also close to the pretty little town of Mittenwald, which you don't get tired of going to. We had a great time and hope to come back next year.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

We stayed 3 nights in Simone's and Sascha's apartment. The apartment is very modern and leaves nothing to be desired in terms of furnishings. The hosts are very nice and gave us recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails in the area right after check-in. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Overall, we enjoyed the short vacation and felt comfortable in the apartment.

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.

Alice can make you feel right at home. You will receive all the necessary information in advance, no trying around with the dishwasher or the like. The place was super quiet, you have a fabulous view of the mountains on the terrace. A small river runs right behind the garden fence. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice stay at the apartment in a very good location. It was clean and modernly furnished. Antonia was also always easily accessible.
