This cosy yet spacious apartment is perfect for families, couples or groups that love to be surrounded by nature, but also want to be near to local amenities. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift, so it not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you are really, really tall, you might find the sloped ceilings annoying. Our apartment provides a home-from-home so you can just relax and enjoy your break. Our goal is to offer top service in modern apartments at normal prices.

Leutasch is paradise for mountain biking (2 bikes available in the house) and nordic skiing as well as hiking and relaxing. The apartment of 54 m2 is located in an idyllic place, barrier-free and fully equipped to modern standards. Additionally: During the winter months, you can use the Nordic skiing tracks free of charge as long as you have the guest passes with you. During the summer months, every registered traveller can use the Alpenbad for 4 hours every day. That's an awesome deal!

The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m.
