The decoration is neat. A collective swimming pool and a shaded park are at your disposal, with direct access from the terrace and the private enclosed garden. Non-smoking house, dog allowed <20kg, fiber box, linen option. Cleaning required if more than 1 week (€75 to be paid to the concierge) otherwise optional.
