Jean-Pierre is a very attentive host! Always smiling, even on the phone, and very welcoming and helpful! We enjoyed the accommodation which was as described and as pictured, but we were unable to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked, which is very nice, well maintained and clean. It's close enough to everything, St Palais, Royan and Palmyre are just minutes from Jean-Pierre's. Thank you Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and kindness, we will recommend your accommodation! We had a pleasant stay at the Cabanon du Héron. Everything was perfect and confirmed the description even better: 2nd independent toilet, a small courtyard at the front of the house to bring the vehicle in with a socket for EV and a small room. Good quality bedding, very nice terrace and pool. The accommodation is spacious and very well-equipped. We were hosted very well by Laurence and small touches from our hosts. We had a pleasant stay at this house. The courtyard is very nice especially for us who came with our two grandsons. Nothing was missing, the sun was there too!! We were hosted very well by a charming lady, very kind and smiling Liliane. She was very attentive, especially for check-in and check-out times. This lady did everything she could to be nice to us! We had a lovely stay at Elodie's! The house was perfectly as described, clean, well-equipped and ideally located to explore the area. Elodie was extremely welcoming, available and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Listing is as described. The location is ideal, close to the beach (be careful, lots of rocks so swimming is better at high tide) and access to the city center by the coastal path or the bike path. Host flexible with check in time. I recommend it.

Ideal accommodation for a stay with family or friends. Located a short walk from the sea, a 5-minute walk from the beach, we loved the wild and peaceful environment. The house is very well-equipped, each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet, there are three large sleeping areas. We stayed with three small children and the accommodation was perfectly suitable and safe for them. We loved staying for the weekend, we'll be happy to go back!

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk to the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

Excellent week of vacation with 2 children who enjoyed the small park, playgrounds and pool. Very quiet residence even in high season, which is more for parents. Accessible by bike, lots of bike paths nearby. Very well-equipped accommodation (plancha, awning, games etc.). Sophie is very friendly and very welcoming. We'll most likely be back!

Very pleased with our stay. The accommodation is very nice, beautifully decorated and functional, close to the Palmyre zoo and the Palmyre town center (less than 6 km) very accessible by bike because of the many bike paths. The house is modern, yet cozy. The garden is very nice, the flowers all smell wonderful. The kitchen was also well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi. We felt very comfortable and welcome for a short stay of two nights with our young children and dog. A lot of new houses are being built in the area. Therefore, sometimes some construction noise could be heard, but it could no longer be heard with the windows closed. Great value for money and nice landlords. We highly recommend the place.

Very decent house, warm , really quiet New Year's Eve. Stress-free walks, Ile d 'Oleron, La Rochelle ,Royan etc.We were able to have a pleasant stay , everything was present and nothing was missing , we felt at home. Very responsive and respectful community. Really nothing to say about this clean rental, probably to be tested in the summer , but with many more people .
