Small house with a private parking space, secure residence with two security guards, shared pools (adult pool/children's pool, open from June 15 to September 15), 4 mini tennis courts, ping-pong tables, and a boules court. Access to the beach via the bike path (4 km from the house) and/or a 10-minute drive; plenty of activities around the residence.
