Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Les Mathes

We had a great time. Everything was in perfect condition, clean and meticulously maintained. The amenities are very good quality and designed for the comfort of travelers — nothing is missing. The house is also ideally located, which allowed us to fully enjoy the surroundings. A big thank you to our host for hosting us and for his availability. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very well arranged space with the necessary accessories to feel at home. Quiet & peaceful place. Sébastien is very responsive and gives good tips for activities. The only small negative point (which wouldn't be for everyone); at sunrise, a lot of light from the front door, maybe a little something to improve otherwise it's great. I recommend it and if we come back to the area, we'll be sure to come back ☺️

We were very well hosted. Accommodation as advertised. We were able to learn tennis and discover the city of Mathes which is lovely.

Very nice stay at this family home. Access to the beach is ideal with children, no need to take the car. Everything is designed to host a family. Pleasant sea views in the living rooms. Very easy communication, was able to meet our needs. We'll be happy to go back!

We highly recommend the place! The apartment is stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail, spotlessly clean and excellently equipped. The spacious outdoor area with a beautiful garden and a wonderful pool invites you to relax and offers a fantastic atmosphere. Hostess Céline is very warm and attentive – you feel welcome from the first moment.

We had a pleasant stay at this house. The courtyard is very nice especially for us who came with our two grandsons. Nothing was missing, the sun was there too!! We were hosted very well by a charming lady, very kind and smiling Liliane. She was very attentive, especially for check-in and check-out times. This lady did everything she could to be nice to us! Many thanks to our hosts! We will come back for sure!!

We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a lovely seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds to messages very quickly. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

Second stay still as impeccable at Valerie's. Attentive and friendly host and very accommodating on schedules. Quiet accommodation at a pedestrian crossing to the sea, perfect for a stay or vacation for two.

Absolutely perfect stay at Michel and Régine's, the location of the accommodation is ideal next to the market, shops and beautiful walks along the channel and oyster farms: everything can be done on foot. La Tremblade has kept the authentic character of the Charentes, and you can quickly access the magnificent beaches of the Côte Sauvage or Oléron Island. The accommodation is very nice, quiet, with private parking and just the right amount of garden. It is particularly well-equipped, nothing is missing to make you feel at home. Michel and Régine are very attentive hosts, nothing was missing on arrival for our breakfasts, and even more! Check-in and checkout procedures are extremely simple and leave ideal flexibility. I highly recommend this rental and keep it in my address book!

We had a great time in this very well arranged and tastefully decorated little apartment. It is located in a very quiet area, close to Soulac-sur-Mer, and has a great location. The balcony has a great view of the ocean and beautiful sunsets, a real plus ☀️ Another very appreciable bonus: the provision of two bicycles, which allowed us to enjoy the surroundings without using the car, which remained parked for two days. A perfect stay, we would recommend it without hesitation!

Very good stay, very useful bikes, close to everything and very quiet. Olivier is very kind and flexible which is very nice.

Overall we had a nice stay. Apartment located close to all amenities, very appreciable private parking. Bus stop close to the residence. Very pleasant apartment to stay in, very quiet in May. Beautiful walks nearby on the coastal trail. We would recommend it.

Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive to ensure that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I would highly recommend it. Great location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the quiet of the residence. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. Small but very functional kitchen with all utensils, nothing missing.
