Very nice place, nice hostess, great and quiet location. Check-in and check-out totally uncomplicated. Everything great!

The best AirBnb ever! More beautiful than in the pictures, great service (since U.S. car was so big, a parking space was kept free for us on the street), top modern, messages were immediately responded to and supported, charcoal was even provided for the grill! 5 min to the metro M11, 3 min to the Böcker or Auchan supermarket. If we go to Paris again with eight, then only in this house. Thanks for a great stay

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), it makes you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, welcomed us personally and gave us great tips for restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely be back! Thank you for the great days with you!:)

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We loved our time in Marie's lovely home! It was so calm, peaceful and beautifully decorated and arranged. Our beds were comfortable, linens cosy, and we loved the showers! A perfect compact kitchen with everything we could have needed. As a bonus, there was a park right across the street, and the metro was just 5 minutes away. Marie and her family were so welcoming, we would come back again in an instant. Thank you Marie for hosting us!

A simply magical weekend! The kids were amazed from start to finish, just like us. We celebrated my spouse's birthday as a family around a barbecue, in a perfect setting to create beautiful memories. Everything went wonderfully, and this stay will remain etched in our memories. A real treat for all ages! I recommend this place without a second thought. Very responsive and super friendly host :)

Pascale's check-in instructions were very clear. The location of the accommodation is very conveniently close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

a great little apartment tucked away a short trip to Paris central, 7 minute walk, then 15 minute metro ride takes you to central Paris, was small but very comfortable, and ideal for what we needed, upstairs room not much headspace but not a real problem, beds really comfy,could do with downstairs blind for more privacy, but again not a real problem, host is really responsive and helped us massively with another nights stay, when our flight got cancelled, all round excellent host and very comfy apartment, with extra essentials on our arrival, would stay again it was a pleasure

As soon as we entered Claudia's apartment, we felt very good🤩. The neighborhood is peaceful and at the same time very close to the center of Paris (a nice discovery), the brightness of the apartment is incredible (special mention for the window in the bathroom, which gives incredible light in the morning), the kitchen is hyper-functional, the bedding is very pleasant. We had trouble leaving the accommodation, thank you 🙃 Claudia and her family for this wonderful stay! We treasure your address!

Clean and safe space for 2 girls in their 20s. The host was helpful and responsive. Location is ok, close walk to the metro that connects every where you need to go, but be prepared for 30+ minute commutes to central Paris. Overall a great stay!

Apartment on the 8th floor with elevator. Close to two metro stations line 11 and a tram stop. The neighborhood is very nice, lots of shops 5 min walk. It's true that the bathroom is small, you have to step over the shower to go to the toilet, but it didn't bother me. There is plenty of light in the apartment and above all... it is very very quiet and relaxing because it overlooks the courtyard. Great experience!

Quiet area, a little far from the tourist area but very close to the subway station. The place is comfortable and quiet, I rested without problems. Good price, I recommend it.

We stayed with Isabelle for a week, everything was perfect, the apartment, the location, the cleanliness! If we return to Paris, we won't hesitate to contact Isabelle again.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The apartment was even bigger than we expected based on the pictures. We visited several apartments with small children. What makes this apartment particularly good is that everything is available (from kitchen appliances to toys). It is a short walk from the apartment to the metro station. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment as well. Lauriane is very helpful and responds quickly. Overall it was a great stay. We recommend this apartment for families who want to visit Paris.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). The only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to subway.

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions.
