Ce logement en plein centre ville de Chamonix, ce qui permets d'acceder a nombreuse activités. Logement trés propore et conforme aux descriptions. Un parking pour la voiture est aussi disponible - ce qui n'est pas evident dans le centre ville de Chamonix.

Tout était parfait pour notre week end. Le logement est d'une propreté, et ont s'y sent comme à la maison ! Gros plus, le petit balcon avec la vue. Nous reviendrons volontiers !

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Magnifique petit havre de paix! Le logement est parfaitement aménagé et propre et l’environnement tellement apaisant.

Lovely studio apartment near Chamonix beautiful views of the mountains. Quiet off the street. Has dishwasher, oven, laundry, and small appliances. Not large but quite charming with "ski" decor. Would gladly stay again. Oh and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent space for a couple.

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

Beautifully furnished, clean and in the perfect location in Chamonix. It has everything we needed. Quiet but so close to the shops and restaurants of the centre. Travelling with our 8 month old son, it was especially helpful to have the cot set up for us when we arrived. I was originally a bit put off by having to communicate outside the app with the property manager when I had already wrote within AirBnB to the host, but everything went really smoothly with no issue. Highly recommend staying here when in Chamonix.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Logement idéalement situé avec une vu magnifique sur les montagnes ! Hôtes très réactive, un séjour au top dans cette belle maison agréable et son jardin aménagé pour les enfants Je recommande ce lieux magnifiques

Maria et Jean Marc sont des personnes accueillantes, très sympathiques et discrètes qui vous fait tout de suite vous sentir comme chez vous . La petite maison est très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour et de plus le quartier est très calme. Ce fut un vrai plaisir pour moi d'y avoir séjourné.

Merci Angelique pour votre accueil et votre réactivité . Nous n’avons manqué de rien tant le logement est parfaitement équipé et par ailleurs la propriété est irréprochable. La literie est particulièrement confortable . Les prestations du chalet sont haut de gamme. Prendre un verre sur la terrasse , profitant d’une si belle vue nous a enchantés . Par ailleurs , la localisation permet de rejoindre à pied , par un chemin bucolique longeant l’Arve , Chamonix et les Praz pour atteindre les commerces de proximité . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .

nous avons passé le week end de l' ascencion sous le soleil face au Mont Blanc , le chalet est dans un quartier très calme avec une vue splendide .Il est très fonctionnel avec une déco typique savoyarde. Merci à Théo pour la qualité apporté à ce logement .Nous reviendrons volontiers .

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Wonderful little place to stay for a 3 day skiing holiday. My wife and I loved how each space had been used to its maximum. Really fun stay. Would recommend to any couple having a getaway skiing

Wir alle finden diese Wohnung gemütlich und ideal gelegen, da man zu Fuss zur Gondelbahn oder ins Zentrum gelangen kann. Wir verbrachten mit unseren 3 Töchtern, 2 Freunden der Töchter und der Enkelin über Ostern 5 Nächte in dieser Wohnung. Es hatte genug Platz für uns 8 Personen. Die 11monatige Enkelin fühlte sich auch sehr wohl: Kinderbettchen, Kinderstuhl und viele altersgerechte Spielsachen sind vorhanden. Wir verbrachten zum zweiten Mal Osterferien in dieser schönen Wohnung mit der grossartigen Aussicht -> absolut empfehlenswert!

appartement spacieux et très lumineux. Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse et profitez de la très bonne exposition. Pour un séjour fin mai,la résidence était très calme,endroit vraiment paisible,agencement paysager vraiment top! nous avons égalent pu profiter de la piscine et du spa après nos belles randonnées.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne !
