The lake of Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small kitchenette equipped but summary, a separate entrance, a desk for work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of the Mont Blanc and the Needle of Warens!

We have tastefully furnished the bottom of the chalet and provided all the comforts necessary for you to have a pleasant stay in summer or winter.
