A warm and bright 24 m2, completely renovated, ideal for a stay in the mountains, summer and winter. Located a 5-minute walk from the Prarion ski lifts. An area that offers the choice of skiing in winter but also cycling in summer. There are hiking trails right next to the house, including the Mont Blanc tour trail. The studio is composed of a functional kitchen fully equipped to prepare a good little dish. A spacious living room. And above all, a terrace with magnificent views of the valley.

Offering views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix, the studio is conveniently located close to the Prarion cable car and the Bellevue cable car, 300 m from the Les Houches Ski School. 800 m from the center of the village and 1000 m above sea level, the Résidence des Chalets Le Grand Balcon, composed of traditional wooden chalets, enjoys an exceptional location. Please note that access to the studio is via stairs (about 3/4 floors). No accessibility for people with reduced mobility.
