The accommodation is located on the ground floor (1st floor unoccupied). It is composed of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living/dining room. A garden not overlooked by breathtaking views. Since April 2023, two wooden terraces have been built, which explains the differences between some of the photos.

Newly renovated chalet in Les Houches (a tranquil, traditional village an easy 10 mins drive/direct bus from downtown Chamonix). 10 mins walk (2 mins drive) from chalet to Les Houches center/supermarket/restaurants. Access to numerous walking trails for summer and 3 mins drive to nearest ski lift in winter. 3 bedrooms (sleeping max 8 people) it is suited to one large family or two small families. Outdoor wood fired sauna. Large garden, great for kids. Forest and mountain views. Ample parking.

Our Chamonix Valley chalet offers skiers, hikers and travellers a relaxing stay in Les Houches at the foot of Mt Blanc. Close to shops and buses, it has a lovely garden, parking and veranda with stunning views. The chalet is for couples and families - note that the upstairs has a very low ceiling - ok for children but adults must stoop. Double en suite bedroom is downstairs. Bed linen and towels: €25 (double bed) €18 (single bed) or bring your own. Optional end of stay clean: €60.
