Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Lenexa

This is SO much better than staying in a hotel. My wife and I stayed here when our daughter got married in Shawnee, about a 15 minutes drive away. My brother and my brother-in-law also stayed here. There are three bedrooms and plenty of space for 4 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, glassware and utensils. Neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy access to main streets and highways, making it easy to go shopping. (Tried to buy some rye bread, though, and neither Whole Foods nor Aldi had any. But I digress.) Our one wish would be to have firmer mattresses, but that’s our preference and not a deal breaker though. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly what this weary traveler needed. Great bed and Spectacular Shower Pressure made for an extra comfortable stay. The snacks and morning coffee you provided were very much appreciated. Don’t be scared off by location of train tracks. Once inside it’s a peaceful home away from home. Bravo 5 Stars.

Very unique property. Great location. Although not walkable, a short drive and we were visiting the areas we had on our itinerary.The property was very unique, great attention was given to every detail. Robbin was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

Bryan’s home was very lovely and very clean. Bryan was quick to respond and very polite. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I spent most of my time sitting out back enjoying the beautiful yard and the beautiful plants and flowers. I didn’t understand why there were earplugs in every room until I finally heard the trains, lol. My boyfriend really enjoyed the trains. I would definitely recommend Bryan’s home to anyone who enjoys nature and and a beautiful home away from home place to stay. I will definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Kansas! Thank you so much again.

We had a great stay! The home was modern, clean, and very comfortable—with cozy beds and all the amenities we needed for the week. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, making it a perfect home base. Highly recommend!

Location is the best part of this home. I loved being so close to my favorite parts of KC. The house is beautifully decorated and well designed, making a small square foot home feel very functional and spacious. I also enjoyed the private driveway and nice backyard! Worked well for my family with (had a toddler and a baby with me)! Had a pack and play and the large mirror was anchored to the wall!!! Could consider adding high chair and more child utensils/plates/cups but those are minor requests!

We loved this house! It was the perfect weekend getaway for our crew. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It provided ample space and had all the details you could want, plus more. We hope to be back!

Lovely, clean, and well-stocked place to stay! It was so generous of our host to have a few cold drinks and snacks available, after a long travel day, it made it feel like home. Lots of top-notch little parks nearby to go for a stroll.

Clean, secure, safe, cozy. Cool area by the Library. The Streetcar (free) stops directly outside the building. This spot is not in the dead center of the restaurant districts, which just means it's a little quieter. You can get to the trendy parts of downtown with a 5-20-minute walk (or a 3-10-minute Streetcar ride). So, great location. The apartment is super clean. Everything works and looks nearly brand new. It's a well-kept space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. No concerns about security. Parking is in a gated deck beside the apartment. The security guard on duty is incredibly helpful - don't hesitate to call them for help finding the parking (if needed) or a general overview of the building. The gym in the building is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. Saved me a drive to Planet Fitness. Savannah was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. Bonus: The shower heads are great for people 3'-8' tall!

Great place to stay. Very clean, friendly and responsive hosts, and a great location with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kansas City.

This was our third time staying at this absolutely amazing, and favorite, AB&B location in KC. This time in the upper Prohibition suite. The lower is The Luxe, which we have absolutely adored 2 previous times. Both are amazing luxury. The prohibition only had 12 chandeliers that we noticed. We made do…. It is amazing how they have found that many gold plated items to furnish the place. Even all the cocktail tools. The little details you find will make you grin. Someone had so much fun furnishing the place with period pieces. Even an old rotary phone on the work desk. Modern amenities simply rock. TVs, remotes, coffee equipment options, appliances, etc. Location is insane. Westport, Uptown Theater, The Plaza, downtown - all a short drive away. At the end you just need to toss the trash in the bin (of course dishes, but man that was refreshing) Host has great communication. We hope to be able to book next time we hit KC.

My friends and I loved staying here. We had stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday and the place was very cozy and clean. The furnishings were great, and our hosts were very receptive and friendly. They had even gotten a bonfire started in the fire pit for us so we could enjoy their lovely patio in the back yard. The location is safe and walkable, with a restaurant plaza within walking distance full of great options. For the price, location, and all of the amenities, this place is a gem to say at, and Brian and Kari were gracious hosts who made sure we stayed comfortable for the entire stay. Would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful solo retreat location. I loved having both a front and rear balcony to sit on and read and enjoy the beautiful weather. I've been to the area before and knew I wanted to be within walking distance of the downtown and small shops. The local was perfect and the privacy was excellent. Having a front main security door and then a security door to the apartment made everything feel very safe but still easily accessible. There was both a parking lot and on-street parking in immediate proximity to the building on a picturesque street. Amenities were excellent and the host was friendly in any messages needs. Highly recommend a stay here

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

It was a great spot to stay at. Close to everything we needed. The place was clean and well maintain. Would book again in the future.

It was a good location close to my sister's place and within 25 minutes of Children's Mercy on Broadway. It was a nice place for the 4 of us. My bed in the basement was very comfy.
