Nearby: lake, beach, shopping center, inn, beer garden, beautiful bike paths. From the train station (2 km): Train to Munich; Train for mountain hiking and skiing to Garmisch, Mittenwald, Oberammergau.

Die dazugehörigen Holzferienhäuser wurden nach moderner, baubiologischer Art erstellt und strahlen eine große Gemütlichkeit aus. Die absolute Entspannung bietetet unser Wellnessdörfle. Newly-renovated house with garden, fireplace, BBQ, Wifi & 3 TV's. You will enjoy the modern bright deco and vues on the mountains and Lech river in a very cozy ambiance. The local infrastructure is second-to-none with all the amenities you could wish for within walking distance including supermarkets, restaurants, river bathing and cross-country skiing. Located a mere 20 kms from the Austrian border, major skiing resorts are nearby and our very own Neuschwanstein Castle only a 20-minute drive.

Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

The cozy house is modernly equipped and very spacious. If needed (if you are more than 7 people) you can rent the adjacent granny- flat for additional 2 people on top with about 25 sqm. The house is ideal for couples or families, for business trips as well as for trips in a group or with pets.
