Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Great house with plenty of space and cozy seating areas. Well-maintained garden with pool, sauna in the basement. Good for families and groups of friends. We will come back as a group next year!

Andreas' apartment is very clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail and equipped with everything you need. It is spacious, the bathroom is modern and clean, the children's play area is lovingly furnished and the kitchen-living room is very cozy with the small oven. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Right from the start, Janin was "eating good cherries"😁 - consistently likeable communication, helpful and generously accommodating when it comes to pre-check-in and very late checkout 🫶🏻 The house has everything and more we needed for a nice family weekend! The place is absolutely wonderful, and Till is a great and cheerful person. The location is characterized by tranquility and comfort. Just a heads-up: You'll need to park your car in a designated (free) parking area, then walk about 10 minutes to the cable car. After that, you'll purchase a cable car ticket for 6 euros, followed by an uphill walk to the accommodation for approximately 30 minutes. All luggage and belongings are left at the parking area, and the lodge owner will pick them up. I wanted to explain this so you can make the necessary preparations. للتنويه فقط : تحتاج ان توقف سيارتك في موقف خاص(مجاناً) ومن ثم تمشي قرابة. ١٠ دقائق للتلفريك، ومن ثم تاخذ تذكرة تلفريك بقيمة ٦ يورو، وبعدها مشي للسكن صعودا قرابة ٣٠ دقيقة. جميع الشنط والاغراض يتم وضعها في الموقف ويقوم صاحب النزل باخذها. احببت شرح ذلك فقط لاخذ التجيهزات اللازمة.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable. Very friendly and dear hosts. It is mega nice. Away from the hustle and bustle, beautifully located and everything you need is there, from drinks, to coffee, spices, bathing items.....etc. Even treats for the dog. We will be happy to come back.

We (two people and a dog) had a great time in the place. Joachim was very easy to reach and very friendly and helpful. He even provided us with firewood before arrival because it was rainy and cool. Really good: The kitchen is very well equipped. There was also a flock of sheep right by the farm. So we had a very nice stay.

Everything went great. We'll be very happy to come back. Beautifully furnished, there was nothing missing. Bernadette and family are very nice and straightforward. We had a brilliant time. Some mini-deficit: We are very tall, in the living-dining room we had to keep ducking our heads. But that's how it always is with us. And living in such an old farmhouse with this style makes it worthwhile.

We felt super comfortable. The location was perfect for our bike trips. The communication was always very friendly and fast. The place had everything we expected and left nothing to be desired. There's a lot of love in it. The big street in front of the house is relatively quiet at night and the windows are very well insulated, so no problem at all. We were very, very satisfied and would come back at any time and warmly recommend this place to stay.

We are "repeat offenders" and have now stayed in this beautiful apartment on the Halblech for the third time. As always, everything was wonderful - the apartment is sooo beautiful and cozy and the location is simply unique. We have taken several bike tours, to the Ammergebirge, to the Wieskirche, to the lakes - all from the apartment. The beautiful natural perennial garden can also be used and every day Mietzi, the neighbor cat, visited us for cuddling. Simply perfect! And on top of that, the apartment and the house belong to two very nice and warm people :-)

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

A lovely stay in a clean, well-kept accommodation with all amenities, great views and a good location. Gladly come back and only to be recommended!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Very friendly and communicative Host. House is mich karger than the pics. The Garden is large with outdoor seating area. The House has a fun basement with large tables, games and sofas. Well worth the money. Its next to a Industrial area but you don’t really see or hear anything.

Really great spot - clean, brand new house located walking distance from some great walking / hiking trails.

Beautiful house in a beautiful area in Austria with lots of opportunity for Outdoor activities in an incredible landscape. Bruno & Sabine were excellent hosts who welcomed us v warmly, were very responsive and made us feel completely at Home. We had a great stay and will not hesitate to return in the future
