Cleaning must be done on departure, otherwise cleaning fee of €50.00 sup tourist tax to be paid on site in cash 1.65€ per day and per person July and August the reservation is for at least 7 days, from Sunday to Sunday Small dogs on request

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
