We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. Charming apartment in the heart of the city, located in a quiet residential complex and 200 meters from the port and the beach. It is on the 1st floor of a one-story building. Ideal for couple. Fully equipped American kitchen, with brand new electric stove and oven, fridge,....nice bright living room, separate bedroom, shower room and toilet. Linens and towels not provided, but small grocery store, tea towels, toilet paper, etc.
