Located 3 km from the old port in the residential area of Beauregard, 5 minutes by bike and car, and 20 minutes' walk from the central market square. A parking space is provided after the common gate to my house. It is suitable for short weekends as well as longer stays. Welcome!

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
