Vacation rentals with a patio in Lazio

Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

Paolo und Claudio sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation und Check-in war einfach. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hat alles, was man benötigt. Der private und ruhige Balkon ist sehr einladend. Um Rom zu erkunden war es eine gute Entscheidung hier paar Tage zu verbringen. Wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. Danke Paolo und Claudio.

lovely place to be! we got super welcome. Silvia and her parents was really nice to us - and we got a Selfmade cake from a real Italien grandmother! we were rly sad about the short time (2 days) in poli, because there is so much to see. Her father take us to personal guided trip in poli and we are gratefull for that. thanks for special time. lethanie y tobi :)

lugar muito difícil de chegar ônibus não para perto , para chegar só uber ou taxi e assim sai muito caro chegar tive que pagar 54 euros

Super séjour chez Sara qui a été très réactive lors de nos échanges. L'appartement était nickel. Sara nous a proposé de reserver un taxi pour nous rendre à l'aéroport tôt le matin ce qui a été un réel confort. Merci Sara ! Je recommande.

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

Toda la estadía fue acogedora, el lugar es hermoso, tiene vistas increíbles, el departamento tiene todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Kevin y Amelia fueron super amables, siempre disponibles para nosotros y muy amigables. Super recomendado y definitivamente tengo que volver.

Una casa bellissima, curata in ogni dettaglio, con tanto spazio, sia all'interno che all'esterno, immersa nella natura. I proprietari erano molto cordiali e felici di rispondere a tutte le nostre domande. È un luogo rilassante, un vero regalo

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen worden und sehr gut informiert worden über die Wohnung und die Umgebung. Sehr gut erreichbar bei Fragen und jederzeit hilfreich.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Giovanni’s place was absolutely beautiful! The beach view from the garden was stunning! It even has it’s own private access to the beach. The house itself looks way better then the photos. My family of 4 stayed here for a couple of days and worth paying every single penny. The house was clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The port / City center was indeed a 4 min drive from the house, where we had wonderful dinner. Packed with local restaurants to choose from. The only regret I had was we didn’t stay longer. Over all, I give Giovanni’s place a 5 star and would highly recommend this place to other families looking for a place to stay in Anzio. A presto!

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

Paola e Andrew sono due persone semplici, alla mano e molto disponibili. Hanno accolto me e il mio piccolo Rocco (un cagnolino) facendoci sentire a casa. Un posto immerso nella campagna maremmana laziale, dove gli unici rumori sono quelli di animali e natura in generale. Vicino al mare e ottimo come base di partenza per tantissimi posti da visitare. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca qualche giorno di evasione dal caos della città. Host grandiosi!!!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

This place is an absolute gem in the heart of Rome — if it is available, I’d highly suggest booking! We were here for 4 nights and slept so well due to the extremely comfy bed & A/C. The apartment was centrally located (as much as you can be in Rome) and allowed us to visit all the important sites + neighborhoods on foot. The terrace was magical — perfect for enjoying beautiful evenings in peace with pizza & wine from the surrounding neighborhood. The shower was also so spacious and consistently had good water temp + pressure — a true treasure in Italy! Going up the stairs with luggage is definitely a challenge, but this is to be expected when staying in beautiful but older buildings in Europe. Lastly, Alois was amazing — so kind, proactive, and helpful. He helped us check-in early despite our last-minute request, and was overall a pleasure to communicate with. We could not have been happier with our stay here!

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Fulvio’s Airbnb provided an amazing and affordable place to stay in Rome with great restaurants surrounding it, the place is a bit far from all of the touristy spots but with cheap public transport and the peace that comes with being away from tourists it was well worth it

Lorenzo was extremely helpful- met us and allowed an early check in due to the timing of our train arrival. The Terrance is incredible and a taxi stand a block away allowed us to easily get to venues further away. Not in the center of everything (which we wanted) but a nice neighborhood with tons of really good dining options. Our family of 4 loved it- thanks Lorenzo.

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule nuit avant notre vol chez Stefano. Ce dernier a été très réactif et s'est montré attentionné. L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé pour cuisiner et les lits très confortables. Au plaisir!

This was a beautiful little apartment so close to the Colosseum! I highly recommend staying here.
