Vacation rentals with a home theater in Lazio

Hi Serena My wife and I arrived in the morning, and Serena kindly arranged to meet us at her apartment. Serena explained things that we needed to know, and kept in touch with us throughout.The apartment is very central and a good size for two, has a lovely big terrace facing the sea, that gets the sun all day long. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and to the railway station for Rome trips. Ladispoli was bigger than we expected, with plenty restaurants, shops, cafes, supermarkets, and also friendly people. Our experience exceeded expectations in many ways! It was by far the best BnB we have ever stayed in. Giancarla met us upon arrival and explained everything to us. Her apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed super comfortable and she was an exceptional host! She thought of everything possible to make our travel experience special. She supplied us with a lot of extras such as wine, coffee, breakfast cake, bottled water, cookies, toothpaste, comb, potato chips etc. We were overwhelmed with her hospitality. She followed up to make sure everything was ok and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Her apartment was so cute and even had Alexa to turn on music, TV and AC. We recommended Giancarla and her apartment for anyone who wants a first class BnB experience!

This was our 5th time in Roma and we like Airbnb locations a lot better than hotels for Rome. The apartment was clean, with all the equipment one may need and the host was extremely friendly and helpful!! The location can be reached with the Tram or bus from pretty much anywhere with no problem. We would come back!

Spacious apartment, great location, close to the metro (very few stops from the Vatican and the hyper-center) and a shopping mall. The apartment is quiet, the bedding comfortable. The host offered us clean towels halfway through the week, we didn't need them but the attention was appreciated. We will be back!

We had an amazing time, the place is cosy and a really good location to get anywhere in Rome. Martina was an amazing host, very helpful and quick responses. Listen to Martina she has great recommendations for food!

We loved the area. It was so nice to come back to a quiet, peaceful spot after each day of sightseeing. The apartment is next to the Testaccio Market, and there was plenty of amazing food options nearby. Barbara was very accommodating, letting us check in early and offering helpful travel tips.

Simona met us at the apartment, helped us feel at home, went over some basics and even left some goodies for us. Very kind, helpful, incredibly responsive, provided super clear instructions. Wonderful, super clean and super comfortable!! Thank you so much!

It was a lovely staying, beautiful place, you can walk to many restaurants and places, and the hostess are very nice and polite

I can definitely recommend the place for everyone. The accommodation has everything you need. Kitchen with everything you need. Induction stove, fridge, air conditioning. And the bedding smelled sooooo good, just wow. There were even towels. The area is very quiet and there are 2 good restaurants nearby. Nearby is a train stop but very important tickets can only be purchased with a card. I don't have to say anything about the Lido. It's a vacation paradise. Thanks to Mapy for everything and I would recommend it any time.

the space is large and sufficiently furnished. The bed was good and the bathroom with walk-in shower excellent . The center of the nice old town is within walking distance (10 minutes) and supermarkets around the corner (3 minutes walk) Breakfast in the village is excellent the accommodation is a great base for trips to Bolseno , Orvieto or very nice sculpture park in Bomarzo. Swimming is a great option in the lake

Roberto's cottage is the best for those who want to stay in a quiet place accompanied by the sounds of the forest next to it. The house is easily accessible, equipped with everything you need, even to be able to have a barbecue, perhaps with roasts! Very clean, comfortable, with a garden where my Eva (border collie) and I played a lot. Roberto is very quick to respond and very helpful in fulfilling requests (in my case charcoal and arrosticinini😋). ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED!

I would recommend staying. It is a quick walk into Tivoli where there a lots of lovely Restaurants, Gardens & Walks

Silvia's country house immediately appealed to us because of its very stylish decor, the mix of old and new, its naturalness, the beautiful view and the tranquility and privacy. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable, you could sleep at night with the window open thanks to the mosquito screens. The large living and dining room was also very pleasant. We felt right at home. We have always been able to reach Silvia herself very well and received help and tips about the surroundings. The surroundings are very beautiful, the place poggio nativo itself is very quiet and does not impress with a lively atmosphere, but offers a supermarket that is easy to reach by car. However, there are many other places in the vicinity (~15 min) that offer restaurants & cafes. Small potential for improvement to the house would be: Not a sufficiently shady place outside at lunchtime (terrace greenery from above too holey, maybe an awning

Pietro was a good host because he always responded quickly and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in time. The apartment is perfect to spend a few days in Rome, the bed seemed very comfortable and quite large. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. (If I had to go back I would definitely repeat, if you are thinking of taking this apartment, TAKE IT) Now, it was said that there was shampoo and gel and there wasn't, there were only one large and one small towel (if you are two people, it's not enough) otherwise everything was fine. I emphasize that it is a good apartment. Bus stops 2 minutes away.

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Looked just like the photos!! Very clean and Stefania was so friendly and helpful!! We had a great time walking around the town, the views were beautiful. The only issue we faced was finding restaurants that had menu items without pork in them, as my husband and I are muslim.

This is a sunny, comfortable 2BR flat; compact yet the many separating doors allowed for quiet and privacy. Not new but not tired or tawdry, this bright, expansive, flat--including the cozy balcony flows well and is especially quiet and relaxing after a busy sightseeing day. There are food markets and some intriguing dining options at hand as well as a wonderful family restaurant just a 10 min walk --5 min from the metro station. Being near the B metro, just 10 stops (15 min) from the all-connecting Termini station was convenient and provided for more comfortable living quarters at a more reasonable price. Also, from appx June 1 to Sept 15, the outdoor swimming pool is accessible to enjoy--another plus of being out of the center-city. Aldridge was very attentive without being intrusive, and quick to respond--often in person--whenever there was a glitch or the need arose. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return.

We had an incredible stay at Livio’s apartment. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, communication was clear and responsive, the perfect host! The apartment was in a fabulous location , 5 mins walk to Vatican. The apartment itself was so clean and had a newness feel inside as it was in impeccable order. We loved our stay there.

We had a fabulous stay in Monteverde, a gorgeous location not too far from all the main sights and attractions of Rome. Massimiliano was an incredible host, met me at the front door and gave me a walkthrough of the apartment. Very generously stocked the kitchen with essentials, which made settling in all that much easier! It was a very comfortable stay, wouldn't hesitate to book with them again - highly recommend!

From the US to Barcelona to Italy! We were hoping Marcello’s home had all the special and cozy expectations we wanted away from home. We absolutely loved our stay. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this jewel.

Riccardo was one of the greatest parts of our trip to Rome. So kind and so thoughtful - not like any other. He was making sure about the smallest details to make our trip more pleasant and safe. The place itself is simply wonderful, well furnished, spacious and climatic. It was a pleasure to come back to it after the whole day of sightseeing - especially knowing that there's a big, beautifully lighted balcony. The localization is well-connected to the center of the Rome. Also, there are a bunch of places where you can get your daily groceries from. Amazing place, we want to come back 🌞❤️
