Ho prenotato una notte in questo appartamento per fare una sorpresa al mio ragazzo ed è riuscita splendidamente. La camera da letto con vasca idromassaggio fronte letto e la doccia spaziosissima hanno superato le mie aspettative e hanno reso la nostra breve fuga romantica davvero unica. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la posizione, abbastanza facile da raggiungere (noi abbiamo parcheggiato la macchina in una piazza nel centro di Cerveteri e in 5 minuti a piedi siamo arrivati all’appartamento). Purtroppo siamo restati solo una notte ma spero di poterci ritornare per poter passare qualche giorno di relax, intimità e esplorazione della periferia nord di Roma. Ringrazio infine l’host Davide che ha fornito da subito indicazioni chiare ed esaustive.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

Quando si dice la vacanza perfetta.. Ecco qui lo è stata!!! Casa molto bella ordinata pulita e dotata di tutti i confort. Ma la ciliegina sulla torta sono stati i padroni di casa, Carlos la moglie Silvana e il figlio Alessandro. Persone stupende, disponibili sempre. Mettono gli ospiti a loro agio come fossero a casa. Non solo la consiglio ma noi di sicuro ci ritorneremo.

The host Patrizia is awesome. The place was serene, relaxing and homey! We loved that it has a chapel where guests can pray and meditate.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. Der freundliche Willkommensaperitif bei unserer Ankunft war fantastisch. Wir können diese Unterkunft für Reisende empfehlen, die eine gut gelegene und gastfreundlich geführte Unterkunft suchen. I was a little skeptic when I booked the place the photos looked too good and thought it might not be as good, happy to say I was wrong, the place looked even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. You are on the beach, there is nothing in between. We were there Mon-Tue so I am not sure if its less crowded in general or just our luck. We were there on the beach whole day and it was a pleasant experience, lot of other families around, some kids playing around but it never got loud - all in all - it was spectacular. There is an airport near by, which was also a reason we selected the place (as we were flying out of that airport) however, it was never a bother. Andrea was responsive and always asking how she could make the stay better and except for staying longer there was no concerns. If you are a beach person I recommend this place!!!

Vittorio was a great host. He provided a very flexible checkin process following our international flights into Italy. He also help arrange transport into Rome when we experienced real difficulties with independent Taxi bookings. The pool area was a “great setting” for the family & grandchildren to utilise the pool. A very private /secure home, but with easy access to beach and restaurants. Vittorio responded very quickly with all questions………..a great host !!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und die Lage war super! Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Wir haben 4 schöne Tage gehabt. Bedenkenlos weiter zu empfehlen!

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

What a lovely stay! This place looked exactly as pictured! I was hesitant to book because they didn’t have a lot of reviews, but I am so glad we chose to stay here. The villa is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need. The grocery store is a close walk, and the employees were lovely and helpful! The beaches near the villa are all very clean and nice, and not too busy (we travelled in September). Check in and out was easy and instructions were clear. We felt very safe here, the villa is private and well secured. The hot tub was an amazing additional feature, especially on one of our cloudier days. The table outside with the private garden was a lovely spot where we enjoyed breakfast and appetizers. It was nice to have our own private and secure parking spot as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to make memories in a beautiful, clean, private space.

Our stay at Villa Blue Melon in Lake Bolsena was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The villa is beautifully situated right on the water — peaceful, quiet, and incredibly scenic. It’s also gated, which added a nice sense of privacy and security. Andrea was a wonderful host, meeting us personally at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. The interior decor was immaculate — every room thoughtfully designed and impeccably clean. The wellness room was a special highlight, perfect for unwinding and adding to the relaxing atmosphere. While it was just the two of us, the villa has plenty of space for a larger group — it would comfortably host six guests with room to spare. It’s also very close to town, so restaurants, shops, and the local charm of Bolsena are just minutes away. We loved our time here and would stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-designed getaway.

Calme et reposant au milieu d'une oliveraie Une magnifique vue sur les montagnes d'abruzzes Parfait pour les amoureux de nature et de grands espaces Un grand Merci à Valéria pour son accueil, ses informations et nos échanges franco italiano anglais 😉😁 La maison est bien équipé, terrasse, hamac... Le chemin d'accès est correct, c'est un chemin pas un route Si vous êtes lève tôt vous pourrez profitez d'un magnifique levé de soleil sur l'oliveraie et la campagne Notre séjour à été très agréable et nous reviendrons avec plaisir 💖 Grazzi

Nuestra estancia en el alojamiento de Andrea fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y era tal como se mostraba en las fotos. La ubicación era perfecta para lo que necesitábamos, y Andrea fue muy atenta y rápida en responder cualquier consulta. Nos sentimos muy cómodos durante toda la estadía. ¡Definitivamente lo recomendamos y nos encantaría volver!🙂

Ottimo soggiorno, location immersa nel verde e ben curata. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per consigli e check-in. Consigliato!

Siamo stati alla Casetta con mia moglie per il nostro anniversario. Mai scelta fu più azzeccata per festeggiarlo al meglio. La casetta in legno è comoda sotto ogni aspetto, dispone di ogni servizio possibile. Il magnifico giardino con barbecue e forno a legna, la stupenda piscina a sfioro, punta di diamante della struttura, comodissima e sempre assolata e da cui si vede il Circeo ed il mare...e l'assoluta privacy e serenità che si vive. Alessandra ci ha accolto lasciandoci dei buonissimi dolcetti locali, ed è stata molto disponibile e reattiva per ogni nostra domanda durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo passato dei giorni nel più totale relax.. tanto da non spostarci mai nei dintorni da quelli piccoli angoli di paradiso. Torneremo volentieri appena possibile!

Tutto molto incantevole, a partire dall’accoglienza di Francesco fino al paesaggio limitrofo di assoluta bellezza. Francesco è stato molto carino anche nel consigliarci attrazioni limitrofe. La dipendance è piccolina ma giusta per le nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!
