Stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The atmosphere in the neighborhood was worth the money alone. It’s a short walk away from all of the usual tourist attractions of Rome, but it feels like a separate city on its own, in a good way! The neighbors were all friendly and Floriana was more than accommodating and responsive when needed. The space is great and gives you that authentic Italian feel. Would highly recommend to friends and family to stay here while in Roma!

We loved this apartment! Amazing location, decorated really cute and very comfortable. Cristiana is a wonderful host. I’d stay here again and again. 3 of us shared it for a girls trip and felt very much at home.

Nadia's apartment was perfect for the two of us. You can not beat the location. Check in was thorough, informative and easy. While only on the 1st floor (2nd floor) there a elevator if needed. The apartment was well appointed and very clean. It has everything you'll need. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place only 20 minute walk from the colosseum. The hosts were very responsive, friendly, and answered any questions we had. Great spot with restaurants, caffes, and gelato all within 1 or 2 blocks. With the metro and bus stops, downtown Rome and all the historic sites were a quick ride away. If I ever return to Rome, would definitely stay here again!

Marco was a great host! He was helpful, responsive and even had a couple recommendations. His airbnb is in a perfect location being safe, but also close to main attractions. We went to the restaurant across the street multiple times (Negresco).

Our family had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautiful apartment. You cannot beat the location for easy walks or public transport to all of the sites in Rome. Sipping their gift of limoncello on the terrace looking at the coliseum all lit up at night is something I won’t forget. Riccardo and his staff were incredibly responsive and helpful. They met us at the apartment and gave us lots of insider tips for getting around and helped us get our airport taxi home. The building has extra security and such charm. We highly recommend this spot in the heart of the Monti neighborhood.

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

We had a wonderful time in Rocca di Papa! The home was very clean and our hosts were great with communication. Amazing view of the city + close to a grocery store + restaurants. Would recommend.

This was an incredible location and the house was comfortable. The only improvement could have been in the clarity of the garbage schedule. I'm sure it all made sense in Italian, but was slightly confusing to figure out in English. Also to clarify one point, while in the description it says that electricity will be charged for AC usage, what the hosts really mean is that all electricity usage will be charged as an additional cost. Overall this was a wonderful stay and the hosts were very communicative. I would stay here again if I were traveling back to the area.

O apartamento é tão bom ou melhor que nas fotos. Móveis novos e bonitos. Cama e sofá-cama confortáveis proporcionaram boas noites de sono. Ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. Banheiro muito bom. Eu e minha família ficamos confortavelmente instalados e passamos ótimos momentos. A localização é boa. O corretor Francesco foi pontual e atencioso.

Jättefint hus med fantastisk trädgård och pool! Enda anmärkningen var att det endast finns ac i ett av de fyra sovrummen så det var ganska varmt inomhus.

We had the please of spending 4 evening at Romana’s apartment; the apartment is beautiful and extremely well located. From the apartment we were able to walk to most of major attractions but also very close to the metro. Upon arrival we were given a QR code with local restaurants and the location of the grocery store which is a few minutes walk away. Lastly Romano is a great host and responded to all our questions immediately. We highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed here for the month of May. Great location - very close to metro and bus. But only about a 25 minute walk to tourist areas. Alessandra is a very responsive host- she allowed me to check in a few hours earlier which was great. The apartment was very clean and was just as it appears in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

Seriously great apartment. Very beautiful historic building, high ceilings, wonderful original floors. It has all you need, fully equipped kitchen with all small bits that you can think of like salt, sugar, oil, etc. Air conditioner in every room (we didn't use, but it's there), a very comfortable couch (although a bit noisy), a bed that can be separated for two (great for kids), great shower. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and it's 5 minutes walk from metro. 30 minutes walk to Vatican, 10 minutes walk to Piazza Del Popolo. Good and cheap supermarket close by (Todis, don't bother with others, the prices there are way higher). Alessandra was so kind and helpful, very responsive, she met us and explained everything, we could check in a little earlier, and she also booked us a taxi to airport and even agreed to send us by post a toy that my son forgot. Great pkay, highly recommended ❤️

This apartment was absolutely charming, spacious, well located and very comfortable. We were able to easily walk to numerous shops and restaurants along with all our anticipated attractions. The layout provided ample space for privacy for us (me and my husband) and our adult son. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with anything you would need. I would highly recommend this place and stay again on another visit.

Great location and easily accessed by public transport. A little noisy if you have a bub and windows aren’t black out so a portable blind works well. Great bars, shops and restaurants near by as well as a carrefour. Comfortable stay with aircon 🙌

Giuseppe‘s apartments were adorable and stocked with everything we needed. They were extraordinarily clean and in such a convenient place to all of the main attractions to Rome. We really loved that the metro was literally just across the street. We had a group of 10 and the two apartments slept everyone beautifully. Giuseppe was extraordinarily helpful with recommendations and helping to arrange transportation to the airport. We would definitely stay there again!
