Vacation rentals with a patio in Lawrence

The location is convenient to many activities and within easy range of downtown Kansas City. We’ve stayed at many AirBnB properties and the beds here are probably the most comfortable of them all 👍🏻

Lovely, clean, and well-stocked place to stay! It was so generous of our host to have a few cold drinks and snacks available, after a long travel day, it made it feel like home. Lots of top-notch little parks nearby to go for a stroll.

Kellie’s place was great for our couple of day stopover in KC! Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes of the doorstep. Cozy couch and bed. Kellie is very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay! Thanks for everything!

Victoria’s place was great. She put out some books on Kansas history, a cocktail mixing set, and playing cards which were nice touches. It’s a very spacious three bedroom apartment and perfect for anyone visiting KU. I would go back and encourage anyone who needs a well designed space to do the same.

Jake's place was beautiful. We were continually surprised at how close we were to many attractions. The neighborhood could be a bit loud at times, but we expected that in a big city. We always travel with a sound machine for sleeping, so it was no problem. Light switches were labeled clearly for us, which was helpful. The bed was super comfortable. Checkout was super easy, as Jake handled everything for us. This may have been the nicest airbnb we've stayed in.

The house was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood location. Clean, well stocked. We weren’t traveling with small children, but if we were this home had that covered! High chair, pack n play, even some toys… would be great for a young family. I do wish there had been shampoo in the bathrooms - we had to run out to grab some since we forgot. Otherwise, everything was perfect!! Would absolutely stay again.

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. This house is adorable and the property is beautiful! It’s super close to Lawrence but also secluded. My only remark is that the basement is concrete flooring but there are huge plush rugs so it’s very cozy and comfortable. Just something to keep in mind when assigning bedrooms. There are also lots of stairs. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Well stocked but not cluttered. Nicely decorated but again not too much.

The house truly felt like a home. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the little things were thought of. My kids enjoyed running in the spacious backyard and challenging each other with the board games provided. The property was very centrally located as advertised. We never had to drive more than 10 minutes to all of the places we wanted to explore. I would highly recommend this property and would 100% stay here again!

Laura’s place was very clean. Nicely updated. Met all our needs. kids love the Pac-Man.. plenty of beds and bedrooms wish we could’ve spent more time on the deck. Thinking about renting it for next year already

It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable with everything I needed. It felt safe and well-kept. The binder with info and local tips was a nice touch. A solid travel accommodation.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Dani’s home. The house is as described in the photos, spacious and beautifully remodeled. It is just beyond the city, peaceful while only a less than 10 minute drive to anything you may need. Dani was a kind and communicative host. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book here again anytime we’re in Lawrence.

Was a perfect landing place for extended family coming to town for an event. Comfortable and as described. Host was very proactive, friendly, and communicative. Nice neighborhood. Be prepared for a lot of stairs if anyone in your party has mobility issues. It worked fine for us. It was a nice stay.

After a long drive, it was so nice to arrive in downtown Lawrence to such a beautiful, safe and clean space to cook and relax through the night. Would absolutely stay here again! Aaron was so responsive and kind!

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

What a great place to stay! Within walking distance of all my Lawrence faves. The garage door-style window was amazing to have open in the evening and the weather was perfect for it. The mattress on the bed was really comfortable and the loft itself was fantastic. Can't wait to stay here again!

It was a good location close to my sister's place and within 25 minutes of Children's Mercy on Broadway. It was a nice place for the 4 of us. My bed in the basement was very comfy.

I have experienced two extended stays at Corbin’s Prairie Condo in Topeka. I will definitely stay here again if it is available the next time I am in Topeka. This condo is in a nice complex with quiet neighbors and plenty of very close parking. The surrounding area is in a very safe neighborhood and I felt comfortable coming and going at all times. The condo itself is just as inviting and comfortable as the pictures. The kitchen has all of the things you need to actually cook and clean up. There is empty cabinet space in the kitchen, and lots of drawers and closet space for your own belongings in the bedroom. This feels like a comfortable home in a way that very few other short-term rentals achieve. There is also easy access to a popular multiuse paved trail system about a block from the condo as well as a popular disc golf course in the same area. Corbin himself is very friendly and super responsive. I can’t say enough about how much I loved staying here.
