The apartment is small but compact and includes everything you need. You can park your car in the yard for free and the bus runs right next to it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The cottage is surrounded by nature, so you can spend time in peace in the spacious yard playing games or watching birds from the terrace. The yard of the cottage borders the beach, which has a gently deepening sand/clay bottom. There is also a jetty on the beach for swimming or sunbathing. You have a rowboat at your disposal, so you can go fishing if you want. Several guests have been delighted with the abundant fish catch.

The terrace overlooks about 4 km from the lake in the direction of the sunset. Separate landscape sauna and glazed atmospheric barbeque hut on the terrace.
