The spacious and bright downstairs has a living room and kitchen, and the upstairs serves as a sleeping area with 120 cm and 90 cm wide beds. The downstairs sofa can be spread out to a double bed, and there are also two thin folding mattresses available. There's room for more than one car in the yard. It's a short drive from the house to Kuutos Road. The nearest bus stop is about 500 meters away, the grocery store is 900 meters away and the city center is about 6 kilometers away.

Between the beach and Villa, there's a lawn strip where you can play frisbee golf, petanque, and more outdoor activities. The lake landscape can be seen from the living room, balcony, and sauna. In the back of the villa, there is a summer cooking pit with a Weber gas grill. There is an opening in the winter.
