This is a lovely property, especially if you are traveling with children. There is emough outside space, a playground is 3 minutes walk away. Everything is super clean, kitchen is well stocked, two bathrooms are a nice to have. Matteo is always very responsive and kind.

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

Outstanding in every way. Even better than the pictures if that is possible. Would return in a heartbeat. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you Tito!

Paola and Vittorio were lovely hosts and so helpful. Their place was perfect for us and a great base from which to explore. The place was squeaky clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We have already recommended it and would love to go back ourselves some day. Sardinia is the most beautiful and pristine island. I would recommend April as it was so quiet. Perfect

Antonio's cottage was nicer than in the photos. The cottage is located just outside Dorgali, on a quiet little road. It was wonderfully quiet at night and you could gaze at the stars. There were a few restaurants within walking distance, but at the nearest one you have to make a steep climb on foot! We traveled with a friend and we each had our own bathroom very luxurious. There are terraces on all sides of the house so you can always enjoy the sun or shade. We became friends with the kittens roaming around there. Antonio doesn't speak other languages, but we were able to communicate well with each other via google translate. When the heating didn't work, he came immediately and solved the problem. Many thanks to the great host!

The house is well maintained, clean, and equipped with any comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). In 8 we were very comfortable thanks to the large indoor and outdoor spaces. The location is also very convenient, being the country in which it is very well cared for and equipped with all services (supermarket, pharmacy, and some places where you can eat and drink well spending the right amount). Stefano, the owner, was a great person. She helped us resolve a car issue, making herself completely available.

Christina’s villa by the beach in Costa Rei was an awesome place to stay. It was just steps away from a beautiful beach and the Ginepro Beach Club! There is a nice selection on restaurants and a grocery store just a few blocks up the hill. Costa Rei offers quick access to a wide selection of activities and destinations and of course uncrowded world class beaches and the beautiful sparkling clear Mediterranean sea!! We highly recommend Christina’s villa in Costa Rei Sardegna for your next relaxing beachside getaway.

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. The apartment is fantastically located – just a few steps from the beach and in the middle of a large, well-kept garden, which is completely available. It is stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable and can relax wonderfully. The private parking spot is also a plus. The proximity to nature and the peaceful surroundings are particularly beautiful. A small disadvantage is the sound transmission – unfortunately, you can hear a lot from the neighbors. Those who are sensitive should bring earplugs. Overall, however, a wonderful place that we would like to recommend and will come back!

The place is very nice and idyllic. You have direct access to the sea and the courtyard with the trees is also very nice.

Punctual check-in, very kind in providing us with information or taking note of any requests. New, clean, quiet accommodation with essential amenities for a vacation. It is located a few hundred meters from the sea so perfect for those who do not want to use the car but do not want to give up a wonderful sea!

We liked the accommodation in Santa Maria Navarrese very much, especially the roof terrace was an absolute highlight. It is large, nicely shaded and offers a great view of the sea. We enjoyed having every meal outdoors there. The location is ideal to explore the region around Baunei, and both the restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The communication with the landlords was via a common messenger service, was friendly, efficient and even in German. The fact that an ice-cooled Ichnusa was waiting for us as a welcome gift in the fridge was great – we felt immediately welcome!

Milina is an amazing hostess. Place was spacious and spotless and a great base for exploring the local mountains and beaches.

Excellent hospitality. Beautiful home in the middle of the countryside. Hosts are extremely welcoming. They live on the property and are available at short notice should you need anything.

Luciano and his family were always very kind and helpful, the house is in a great location close to the beautiful beaches in the area. Great for families.

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!

We had a wonderful time at Nicola's cabin. It's quite rustic, even a little spartan, but it had everything we needed and the surrounding nature was breathtaking. Contrary to what some people were saying, we didn't find the last stretch of road a problem. It's easily navigable by any regular car, and the remote nature of the place is precisely what makes it great.

Beautiful lost little house in the mountain of Sardinia. The house is super special, very careful, has all the details. Arrival is not easy but it is just the most charming. We'll be back for sure. A real gem Michele has also been a pleasure as a host

Location, beautiful. And very nice house in the heart of nature. irrelevant advice for the purpose of judgment ,you should put a sign ,indicating the entrance from the main road,to make the road more visible. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon.
