Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Relax, enjoy food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. As soon as the snow is gone, Lenzerheide is known as Bikerparadies. The studio has a kitchen, private bathroom and everything you need for a pleasant stay. A parking space is right in front of the Building. Ideal for couples or solo travelers who appreciate relaxation and proximity to activities.
