Quietly situated forester's house for 2 families

We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Romantic apartment on old farm

Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street embedded in greenery. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020 consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic equipment, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. At the foot of the property flows the Klopferbach and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a Kneipp pool.

Welcome to the residential station in the Bavarian Forest! Our stylish apartment is located in an exciting former railway building and can accommodate 2-6 people. It is the perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with stunning views. Excursions such as the Flederwisch, Wildgarten and Felsengänge are in the immediate vicinity.

The exclusive granny apartment is located on the edge of the Bavarian Forest and allows a variety of excursion possibilities. Our log cabin offers you a luxurious and cozy stay. With two lovingly furnished bedrooms, each equipped with modern LED TVs, you will find the ideal place to relax. A crackling fireplace in the living room ensures cozy evenings. Enjoy our private sauna and the lovingly designed garden with a separate relaxation area. The fully equipped kitchen combines functionality with a feel-good atmosphere and perfectly rounds off your time out.

Located between Passau and the Bavarian Forest and on the Danube-Ilz cycle path, we present our new apartment. With a lot of love for detail, we have created a place of relaxation in the air-conditioned attic. Whether a visit to the beautiful baroque city of Passau, extended hikes or a cozy break with the family - you will surely feel comfortable. We look forward to seeing you! At the moment we are facing a time full of trouble, fears and limitations. Without hesitating we like to offer our apartment which is properly cleaned/sanitized and completely isolated from other people. The small apartment has a cozy living room with corner bench, mini kitchen and couch. In the bedroom you can sleep comfortably on new mattresses. In another room is a bunk bed with space for two small guests. And from your large southwest terrace you can look out over the Zellertal mountain panorama – the long evening sun in summer is a dream!
