5 year old house with double garage & lovely open plan living area with large deck area. The kitchen is well equipped. It's superbly warm with underfloor heating system & loads of all day sun. The master bedroom has a double shower ensuite bathroom. The other 3bedrooms are either king single or super king beds. In a separate bedroom off the living room are is one fold out bed and king bed or 2 king singles, & king + king single in the master bedroom. The lawn area is well fenced.

An inviting outdoor space features a modern hot tub with illuminated water, bordered by a spacious wooden deck. A dining table is set nearby under a shaded area, while large glass doors open to the interior, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but can absolutely recommend this place. Place very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and good location. I had excellent and prompt communication from Meghna who made sure our stay would be a pleasant one. Checkout was simple and the team were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back 🙂

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Arrowtown Motel. The room was very spacious and they had considered everything in terms of comfort. We would definitely stay here again in future!

This is a very lovely room in Wanaka at a great value. Everything was spotless and the bed was super comfy. Highly recommend.

This was a last minute booking, Ross and Trudie met the market, I was lucky to find this accommodation. It is in a good position on a rise above the Wanaka Tree and reserve, if you want to walk it is about 15 - 20 minutes so I am told. They gave clear instructions to enter the home, which is a modern very well presented house. The room was separated by the stairs and a main door to the living area. It is totally private, with a large fresh and modern bathroom and the shower is separate not above the bath. There is another room that has 4 bunks in it. The room we were in was more like a suite, it had a comfortable bed, and a 2 seater couch. This is much better than the hotels chairs or bed to only sit on. We had access to the kitchen and lounge which we used when by ourselves. There is a lovely deck that can be accessed from the room itself or through the lounge, the sun was streaming in the afternoon, this time of the year however was a little chilly at times. I would recommend this

Wonderful host and great hospitality - beautiful flowers throughout the home to beautify it and nice touches with lovely soaps, face wash etc in the bathrooms. bed comfy and warm, space just lovely for our 8 family members and two babies. There is a pool that is enclosed but we wanted to leave the door open to let the fresh air in as it was really hot so we just hired a gate from Tots on Tour and that worked perfectly. Host quick to answer any questions and put us at ease. Thank you for everything

The highlight was definitely the friendly cat who made us feel right at home with its warm and affectionate presence. The location was perfect – just a short and pleasant walk to the heart of Arrowtown, where we enjoyed exploring the shops, cafes, and scenic views. We highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Arrowtown!

This place offers a great location for a bus user. I was made to feel welcome and had plenty of fridge and pantry space for one person. Would highly recommend.
