Lovely warm and sunny, 3 bdrm house with great views of golf course and the mountains. A quick 15 minute walk into town. Situated on the flat with all day sun. Good size deck with outdoor table and bench seats to sit and enjoy the sun, the garden and relax while dining Plenty of firewood for the fire in winter. Second bedroom has a queen bed, Third has a double and a single in bunk format. As a lover of fine linen - all beds have 100% cotton percale sheets and silk, wool, feather or cotton duvet inners. Has a large wood fire and ducted air conditioning unit. Main bathroom has a luxurious freestanding bath.
