Located in a quiet area on the edge of lake Wanaka. Nestled beside our home . We are located close to the lake and walking tracks which will take you on an easy stroll to town, where you can enjoy shopping and the many cafes and restaurants. The outdoors offers endless opportunities with 3 ski fields, the lake, biking or just simply sit, relax and enjoy the view. There are builders working next door. The builders normally work between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. We look forward to welcoming you.🙂

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in Albert Town near the Clutha river, it is a 2 minute walk to the Patisserie, Four Square shop, Pub and Takeaways, with a great swimming hole a 5 minute stroll from home. The home has a sunny sheltered deck and I am often on hand for any tips and tricks, as I have moved into my back yard garden. There are two bikes and two kayaks available for use as well. We have cycle tracks in all directions to explore the surrounds.

Heavenly in Hawea

This is my holiday house, built in 2017. Sun drenched in Summer and warm and cosy in Winter. Heated/Cooled by heat pumps x 3 and a wood burner. Wood fired Hot Tub (extra charge). The ideal get away! Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by permanent residents. Quick stroll to the lake, hotel/bar/restaurant and convenience store. 15 minutes from Wanaka and 45 minutes to both ski fields. You’ll love it, as I do! (Pets may be allowed - please contact me prior to booking)

Close to the centre of Wanaka (5 minute drive/10-20min walk and just a few minutes to the lake, Lismore park is across the road for frisbee golf.. and world class mountain bike tracks almost on your doorstep. Comfy ,cozy and well insulated, compact tiny house , separate to our house The tiny house sits on a trailer . It is built with sips panels (Structurally insulated panels) , with double glazing , so is warm in the winter and cool in the summer and has plenty of choices of heating or cooling. On the back of the tiny house is a deck , on which you can enjoy a cold drink. The nearby trees loose their leaves in winter which allows the sun to shine in and they provide shade in the summer
