Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Silvaplana

Roberta and Bruno were excellent hosts. They made us feel very welcome and were kind and helpful. The apartment was ideal with nice touches like breakfast items. We were sad to leave and can recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

We felt completely comfortable in the bright and cozy apartment with beautiful views. We spent 5 days there with our 1-year-old son and had everything we needed. Gian and Nina provided us with a high chair, baby bed and a few toys for our son and we received great tips for excursions and restaurants with toddlers. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We will be back :-)

Our family enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay at this amazing property. The hard work and dedication to sustainability and economic design was clear to see. Eva and Urs were very kind and helpful. We arrived later than expected and were dropped by a taxi at the wrong place! Urs came and kindly rescued us and Eva offered to make us some tea as it was late. Couldn’t fault anything, a beautiful location, with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend x

Luca was an amazing host. Great communication, flexible, gave recommendations and instructions how to get around. He even picked us up from the train station in the rain which was very nice of him! His place was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. The view was amazing, the location was private, great for those who want to get away. Luca was one of the best air bnb hosts we've ever had. would 100% book with him again.

Extremely well maintained and equipped apartment, located in a quiet part near Lake Como. Fabio was also extremely patient in informing us about the train / bus schedules to move around the area. Will definitely return if I’m ever back!

I highly recommend if you go to Altdorf staying with Margrit and her husband. We instantly felt right at home and welcomed. Her place was easy to find, many places were very walkable, she had everything we could possibly need and the whole place was bright and airy, and peaceful. We will definitely stay there again. A cozy and wonderful villa with a great view and very chill in a quiet area and great location and the best host friendly and welcoming

We spent a very relaxing week in Federico's well-kept house and surroundings. We liked the quiet location of the accommodation and the view of the mountains very much. It was particularly nice to enjoy the morning coffee in the first rays of sunshine at the house in the beautiful garden or to spend some reading time on the deck chairs in the sun under the palm trees in the late afternoon. The bright and cozy winter garden is also great for all meals. Federico is a warm host and always available for questions or arrangements. We felt completely comfortable.

Janine is a very hospitable, helpful, and attentive host. Her home was spotlessly clean and gave us great peace of mind during our family stay. The location is perfect—nestled in the Alps and right by a flowing stream, we enjoyed a wonderful three-night stay. The house is equipped with everything you might need.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

We absolutely loved our stay, and had so much fun walking around the area in the evening. It was so charming!

The house is perfectly equipped and ideally located in Ela Park. Suitable for a quiet stay, close to nature with all the comforts you need. Multiple hiking opportunities from and around the accommodation. We had a wonderful time with the family in this warm setting. Thanks to Genevieve for her good advice, responsiveness and suggestions that were appreciated.

Great apartment above Menaggio. The view from the terrace of Lake Como and the mountains is fantastic. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped and is in a very quiet environment. The center of Menaggio is a short walk away, good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Georgia Louise responded immediately to questions and was very helpful. This place is highly recommended!

The house is very nicely renovated. The expansion is very modern, stylish and high quality. In particular, the bathrooms and amenities are excellent. Everything you need and this with peace and views. Great starting point for hikes, excursions and sights. Right at the train station and within walking distance. Only on the way to the house is caution advised, as it is directly along the street. Spacious and well-equipped rooms and terrace available. Highly recommended👍

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. We had been looking for a modern apartment for our holiday on Lake Lucerne for a long time and then came across Roshan's great Scandinavian furnished, bright and friendly apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, it has everything you need - compact, high-quality and cozy. Mattress is excellent, we slept super well. The roof terrace is beautifully located towards the forest hill and you can hear a lot of nature. That's really great. The roof in the back protects you from the sounds of the road and railway tracks by the lake. The communication was exemplary and super friendly! You can quickly walk to the lake, boat, train and in the village with baker, butcher and Lidl. Logistically top location! We highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back ourselves.

This was an absolutely stunning spot. Centrally located, amazing views, and reasonably priced. It looked exactly like the pictures! The apartment was great - had everything we needed and was really comfortable. The deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Lugano is spectacular. I recommend this 100%. If you are coming to Lake Lugano, this is a great spot. I miss it already!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

The apartment has some of the best views of anywhere we have stayed. Spectacular mountain scenery for relaxing in the evenings. A fantastic location to be based for hiking the Liechtenstein way for a week. All amenities you could need are provided. Bus stop 1 minute from the apartment to bring you to Vaduz with easy connections to everywhere, or Malbun in the other direction. We did not meet Sigi but she gave clear instructions and was responsive to all of our questions.

It was super nice! We highly recommend Anna's place! It is very clean and everything you need is available. The terrace with the view is a dream and you can hike or bike directly from the house. The area is beautiful! Anna was very friendly and helpful as a host!

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.
